Used to be a decent place, now its like going to a car dealership. "Lets do a Fluoride rinse for $40", "lets do an enhanced oral cancer screening for $50, Lets do a deep cleaning for $150 because I have one pocket thats 4 mm..... and on and on... Im in my early 30s, non-smoker, non-drinker, so lowest oral cancer risk category... but an enhanced screening is a must do according to these "professionals". Of course the dental insurance doesnt cover any of these add-ons. And when I say no, Im being asked why not? in a scornful tone.... People like this should not be in healthcare.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. I had to change to this office from my regular dentist due to insurance changes. It was impossible to get ahold of a live person when you call. They charged me twice for my co-pay and did not fax my x-rays to my preferred dentist as requested. I called 5 times and each time was forced to leave a message with no return call. I literally felt like they took my money and ran! I work in health care and would be absolutely embarrassed to work for an office like this.

Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. I called as a new patient and was able to get a consultation and treatment/cleaning in quickly. Rhonda is so great and very experienced. She explained everything she was doing in depth and I never felt tense or wanted to get up as I have at other offices. I am very happy with my results as I can see a huge difference in the way my teeth look and feel. I highly recommend her for cleanings.

They were informative before treatment. Careful and respectful during treatment and afterwards they knew exactly what my payment should be and walked me through the bill. Everyone from the front desk to the actual dentist was friendly yet still very responsible for the care and the work that they were doing. I actually scheduled an appointment for my daughter and Ive referred my sister to this specific location as well.

I really felt welcomed. I was visiting Michigan, and decided to get my exam and teeth cleaned here while visiting. Dr. Pola and staff were awesome. The hygienist was great and my teeth felt amazing. I will be back to let Dr. Pola do some dental work for me. Very pleased with my visit!

Today visit was great. I was on time....they called me just after 5 min wait. Rawanda my hygienist did great job. Took time and did good cleaning. Rest of staff was nice and professional. Great dental appointment...hope same lie that every visit.
