I received a estimate of benefits when I had a tooth extracted. They not only 6 months later turned it over to a collection agency although I had paid what they stated, but they also chipped my tooth and I had to have it repaired out of my own pocket. I have even called them to try to get them to fix the billing error saying it was an emergency when I had made a regular appointment and they laugh at me and get belligerent with me when I try to handle this dispute but they also hung up on me numerous times.

At Midwest Dental, when leaving their office my teeth feel so good and clean. The service is very friendly, gentle and professional. My hygienist, Karri (sp?) does a thural job with my teeth and is very down to earth, yet professional. We have been with Midwest Dental since we move to Faribault 6-7 years ago! Appointments were easily made, without waiting 6 weeks to get in. Appointment times were as scheduled. Under 5 minutes in waiting room. Gave me an estimate up front and kept to it with no surprises. Very professional and would recommend. That is saying a lot as I usually hate the dentist.
