Just moved to the area and needed to make an appt for my routine cleaning. Went in, told the receptionist I wanted to schedule a Cleaning. Took all my information and scheduled it pretty quickly. Day of my appt arrives, I show up, fill out their intake forms on a tablet that didnt work very well, even though i gave them all that info when i made the appt, short wait and I go back. It had been a while since I had x-rays, so they did that. Then they did a assessment of my teeth. After that was all done, I was informed that I should schedule a Cleaning in the near future. I explained that I thought this appt was for a cleaning, as thats what I scheduled. I was informed that they DO NOT schedule Assessments and Cleanings the same day (like every other dentist Ive EVER GONE TOO). The soonest opening they had was a month from now. Felt like they were scamming, making me come back so I had to pay twice. Will NOT be going back. Poor customer service, though very polite.

What can I say, I called with a hot molar in the middle of the day and they took me in and evaluated my problem extracted the tooth and relived the pain I was going through! It took about one an a half hours, I just wish I had called them sooner. They are the BEST!

I loved the fact that I didnt have to come back for my permanent crown and no rough temporary crown to deal with. Great Service!

Love Dr. Engan and the entire staff! Been going here for almost 20 years, and I cant imagine going anywhere else.
