The Surgeons and staff at Alamo City Surgeons were great. However it would not be right to not mention the fact that if surgery is required you may want to ask for another Hospital. Northeast Methodist Hospital is by far the worst hospital for outpatient surgery. I was practically shoved out the door far before being ready. I was in terrible agonizing pain and barely able to keep my eyes open when the post-op RN insisted it was time to go because I had already been there to long. No compassion or care for their outpatients is what I gathered from my experience with Northeast Methodist Hospital. This however does not reflect Alamo City Surgeons who did their job with care and compassion.

The staff for Dr. Fisher, MD was exceptionally helpful in getting me in at short notice. They were professional the entire time and made sure I was able to be seen by Dr. Fisher. Once I arrived at their stone oak office, I was seen in a timely manner with no issues. Dr. Fisher was very caring and able to explain what was going on with my small hernia. He explained the procedures in a manner that I was able to understand and wrote a review for my company stating I was able to go back to work. I recommend Dr. Fisher to anyone in need of an experienced surgeon.

We could not be more thrilled with the successful outcome of the latest surgery. The staff at this office are exceptional as compared to others that we have dealt with over the past few years. They respond immediately, are courteous and truly are kind and caring.

Dr. Harrell is an awesome surgeon... he puts you right at ease... has a great bedside manner and tremendous follow up care...he cares about you as a patient not just as the problem he was called in to correct... his staff is courteous and scheduling is easy and prompt. I was assigned Dr. Harrell for emergency surgery in the ER but I would recommend him for any one and would request him again if necessary!!!

After I was sent home from Northeast Baptist Emergency room with a diagnosis of a strangulated bowel, Dr. Harrells office answered my husbands frantic phone call and scheduled surgery for me the same day at Methodist Hospital. Dr. Harrell was kind and considerate throughout my week-long hospital stay. His office staff was extremely helpful in arranging the surgery.

Got to my appointment early, was taken in within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Harrell was right on time, explained everything to me, answered all my questions including any possible consequences. It was the kind of experience I wish I got all the time. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him and his practice.

Staff was friendly. Getting an appointment was easy and very quick. Dr. Hall was amazing - friendly, kind, and easy to talk to about my medical issue. Great experience. The office staff as well as the medical staff are efficient. While I was still filling out new patient forms they called me back to take my vitals and prepare me to see the doctor. Dr. Hall was friendly and explained things to me very well. I was in and out in probably 30 minutes.

Robert Brandon Harrell is a very kind and compassionate doctor. he has outstanding bedside manner and is very thorough in his explanations of procedures. i felt like i was in good hands the entire time and had a very good experience. i would definitely recommend getting surgery by the fine doctor.

Surgery can be painfull especially hernia they did a great job wasnt expecting to pay day of Surgery so be prepared its not cheap but the doctors and nurses are great
