We have always gone to Lensecrafters for over twenty years, but we received a coupon in the mail for the new Visionworks store. As we are both over seventy we were offered 70% of a complete pair of glasses. This seemed too good to be true, but we went along - ready to be disappointed. First they have a huge selection of frames and their staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We both picked out some very stylish frames and then chose our lenses. We both picked no line bifocals in the upgraded HD lenses - lightweight, polycarbonate, scratch resistant, no glare and Transitions Signature. Then came the price! We were ready to be disappointed, but each pair came to under $200. We each had a very thorough eye exam for $79 (about the going rate). The glasses took three working days to complete and when we went to pick them up they needed just a slight adjustment and they are perfect. I cannot believe we had such a great experience for such a good price. I would recommend this store one hundred percent.

Donna the manager is extremely rude. I called to find out if they take care credit they will tell you yes but the doctors actually do not take it. I dropped $430 and because of the misunderstanding couldnt pay for the exam which is $123 they treated me like I was going to steal their contacts and never pay. WTF I just dropped 430 and been a customer for 3 years!!!why would I not pay you your 123 and why would you not let me try my trial lenses for a few days to see if I like them before committing to that type of money. If you are rude because your employees didnt show up for work thats not my problem. I work in customer service this is unacceptable and appalling!! Make sure your employees know what theyre talking about when they answer your phone!!

I went with my wife a month ago no one helped us the girls there seemed to be more distracted with checking their phones and looked very unproffessional one was wearing track pants and the other one looked like she stayed up late the previous night for she was sleeping behind the desk. I would only recomend this place if you would like to get ignored and not attended to, I am sure they had good deals but apperantly no one wanted our money. We went to lenscrafters probably paid more but we were taken care of there not ignored. These days its worth paying a little extra money if you recieve good customer service.

I just came out of a vision Works and I cannot get over how rude this woman was right off the bat when I questioned what she was talking about nicely! She said to me "well Im going to explain it to you" in a very snarky tone. I just turned around and said that she was rude and I walked out. I cant believe it

I love it here. They take really good care of me.
