When scheduling an appt. They said they could not get my child in for five months. Then they said they had a cancelation for the next day. My one year old child had to wait for an hour just to get called back while five other people came in after us and went back before us. When we got called to go back it was for a five minute visit with an associate to put drops in my childs eyes. They then wanted us to go back to the waiting room and wait even more. Why make an appt if they cant get you taken care of in a timely manor. Terrible experience and I would advise to go elsewhere.

My last recent visit to Asheville Eye Associates in Hendersonville, NC, was reassuring, to say the least. As has been the case for the past five years, I know Im in capable hands when it comes to my eyes. The association has been consistently outstanding from every standpoint, but the biggest reason for my complete satisfaction is Dr. James Crandall. His knowledge and expertise, as well as his personable nature, are the reasons why I would never go anywhere else.

Ive been seeing Dr Tullock for years. She is an excellent eye doctor. I would highly recommend her.
