What a delightful and educational experience! As a Florida "newbie," I found it necessary to have an eye exam and was directed to Infocus by a neighbor. From start to finish I found everyone in this office to be professional, exceedingly knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Ashley Masuga is extremely skilled in physical issues relating to the eye and establishing corrective measures . I especially appreciated the time that she took to explain what I had been experiencing and what she could do to bring my vision back to 20/20. Allison assisted me in selecting the perfect frames that were lightweight and attractive along with the type of lens best suited for my visual needs. If you are looking for an optometrist and staff that know what they are doing and offer exemplary customer service, I hope that you will give Infocus Family Eyecare a serious "look." You wont be disappointed.

My eye exam was the most thorough I have ever experienced. The office is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and immaculate. The staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. As a health care professional that relies on excellent vision, I have very high expectations. Dr. Ashley Masuga and the team at InFocus Family Eyecare met or exceeded my expectations. As well, Dr. Masuga is very well spoken, and very good at explaining some of the nuances of eye health. I have been to other optometric practices, and I can tell the difference. Kind, friendly and cheerful staff. Dr. Ashley was personable and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and to explain all of the exam and results clearly. She also took into consideration my preferences and advised me on the best decision for my specific circumstances. I even noticed that the same generosity of spirit was shown to the other patients in the office. Assistance with frame selection and advice on insurance/FSA coverage was helpful in making the best decision. The assistant (Tiffany I think was her name) was very knowledgeable on the lenses and able to advise me toward the best options for my needs.

Everything was so convenient, efficient, and quick! Jordan worked so quickly, not making me feel rushed, but more like shes respectful of everyones time. Dr. Brad Masuga is always so calm and takes the time to explain things and truly enjoys what hes doing. Their online scheduling system is really convenient also and made it very easy for me to schedule an appointment. As a newly established office, I am really impressed with the level of service and care they take with everything from the actual medical care to the way the front desk manages everything. I highly recommend InFocus Family Eyecare.

The staff at In Focus Family Eye Care are wonderful, always friendly & helpful. I saw Dr Brad when I first moved to this area hoping to find contact lenses that would work for me. I had previously given up on contacts because my old doctor had not been able to find a brand/rx that was comfortable for my difficult prescription. Dr Brad gave me a very thorough exam, talked through the issues I had in the past & was able to find the perfect lenses for my eyes. Ive been wearing them for the past 8months with no problems at all & am so greatful! I highly recommend this practice to everyone I know!

Absolutely the best office, of any kind, that I have ever been in. The office staff is very efficient with great customer service and they convey a sense of friendliness and genuine interest in the patient. Above and beyond anything that I have ever experienced. Besides the front staff and doctors, the office itself is awesome, From the layout and decor to the high tech machines, it is one of a kind. Remember when you were fitted with glasses and someone with a marker was making lines on them? Not here. Just stand in front of a mirrored machine and it is done perfectly.

Ive been with Dr. Brad since before opening the store in LWR. My optometric care has always been professional, accurate, approachable and fairly priced. I appreciate and enjoy the friendly, mutual rapport as two individuals versus the all-too-often, "Im the Doctor and youre the patient" conversation. Just today, I worked with Dr. Ashley, who was equally pleasant, smart and patient-focused. Two great ODs, a complete dispensary, and some of the most awesome staff I have ever experienced in a Doctors office. You guys have the right formula. Keep it up for many years of success!

What patience Dr. Ashley had with me! I have tried contacts before and after a couple of trials did not work, the Dr. told me, "Contacts are not for you." After meeting Dr. Masuga I went in for an eye exam and decided to give it another try. After my 5th trial I found the contacts that work for me. Thank you for your patience Dr. Ashley. I would highly recommend! Entire staff is on point!

Dr. Brad is an awesome eye doctor! Hes patient and kind and has a wonderful chair side manner. The office staff is very friendly and happy to help with questions. Morgan was great in helping me to pick out new eyeglass frames. She is the only person to recognize the shape of my face and what frame would work best for me. I highly recommend InFocus Family Eyecare!
