Today was going very badly, until I walked in to this office! Bad weather was moving in, they were closing early. My Silhouette glasses had a broken nose pillow for several weeks as I was waiting for a Dr. Appt at another place, to get my prescription. Cortney, the manager happily listened to my frustrations, as I asked for help. Thanks to their patience and the optometrist Boulek who carefully replaced my damaged nose piece right then, also shows me the correct style lense for my new pair. Cortney handles the insurance, works her sharpened pencil, and provides me with a new pair of glasses (Silhouettes) with the high quality HD lense material I had in my damaged pair that I likes very much. And a working spare pair! My husband has an appointment at the end of the month!

Dr. Luckey is an outstanding and very knowledgeable optometrist. The staff attends to you the entire time and are helpful and kind. Dr. Luckey is very friendly, warm and made me feel comfortable during the eye exam. The doctor answered all my questions clearly.The facility is quiet and offers exams to all ages which I liked and will go back with my children. They have a good selection of eye wear and were willing to help find a frame that suited my face, I was almost too picky but they were patient and took the time I needed to find the perfect fit. The office was clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend visiting him for eye checkups and eye problems. I am totally pleased with the experience and highly recommend Luckey EyeCare.

I went here 7 months ago. Had a 5 star experience. Then I got a bill in the mail. They said it was covered by my insurance, but it was a small bill, so I called to pay. They had no idea what I was talking about when I called, but they said it was a mistake and I didnt have to pay. Then a few months later I get a bill saying "PAST DUE" for the same thing. I called them and dealt with it again. This time they accepted my payment. I just about forgot about them, when I receive another "PAST DUE" notice in my mail again this morning, for the same thing. I called and they said it was an error. Dr. Luckey is great, but this billing dept. is doing something else.

Fantastic service. I dont feel that stars really show the full integrity and determination a business provides. The staff was always pleasant and thoughtful towards me, even helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses! If youre looking for an eye doctor who cares about your health, and has a great selection of frames go to Luckey Eye Care. Their prices are going to be better than a Lens Crafters and better quality than warby parker but having gone to both and been disappointed by the quality of frame and cheap lenses, Luckey Eye has been the winner here.

Overall a great experience that I would recommend anyone to check out! The staff and Doctor are friendly and helpful! They have a great selection of Brand Name Frames and Lenses. The Staff is also courteous and quick to offer refreshments. The Doctor is patient and the staff provides great attention to fitting you with the perfect fit dor your frames. The receptionist even walked me out to my care with an umbrella because it was pouring down the rain! Do yourself a favor and trust your sight with Luckey EyeCare!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Our son went here while in college and they overcharged him by over $200 with unnecessary tests. He has been getting contacts for more than 10 years and never have we had to take the tests this doctor said was necessary. They also did not want to take his HSA card because they have to pay a bank fee to take it. They definitely took advantage of him - I hope they dont get a chance to take advantage of you or your family.

Dr. Luckey is very passionate about his work and is extremely knowledgeable. I felt instantly at ease and trusted his recommendations, his staff was very helpful and polite. Amazing atmosphere and really relaxing. This is the place to go for glasses and eye care. They have a huge selection of top brand and high quality glasses and sun glasses too! I am definitely returning with my family for years to come!

Great staff! Very professional and caring. They were on time, and I was taken to the exam room right after filling out the paperwork. Dr. Luckey is very knowledgeable and helpful. He discussed my options and took in consideration my opinion which really made me feel at ease. The office is very clean and the decor is beautiful! Highly recommend! I am 44 and my last eye doctor was having difficulty correcting both my distance and reading. Dr. Luckey corrected both with the right prescription. Everyone in his office is very knowledgeable and friendly. A great experience all the way around!

Worst eye care place ever drove all the way through traffic from work they told me if I got there at 5:15 I would be ok got there at 5:17 and they didnt take me telling me I had to reschedule. I said Im not coming back. Thats how you treat a first time patient.
