If I could I would put 0 stars. Staff was friendly but very unorganized. Asking something and not getting an answer or getting something else. When I call to schedule my first consultation, I made an appointment with one doctor, when I went, they said I would see a different doctor McDonald) due the one I scheduled with was on vaca. I really liked the doctor so I was ok with it, wanted to keep going with her; made a third follow up appointment with Dr McDonald, another female Dr saw me, had no bed manner whatsoever. When I asked about my regular Dr, she very arrogantly asked if I wanted to live and come back another time, to see Dr Mc Donald. I said , no, I dont have the time to do that. She said I had to go back in a few weeks, when I went to make the appointment, I was very clear I wanted a follow up with Dr M. They said ok. Time passes, I go again and the same dr before. Only after I got there they told me Dr M wasnt practicing there anymore. While with this DR, the Director came, and show to the Dr how things should be done. After that, I went back twice and everytime was a different doctor. One time, one of the nurses, couldnt draw my blood, decided to try on my hand veins, it missed miserably. It made a huge ball of internal blood on my right hand. I called recently to get my medical records, I got different and conflicting information. When I got there, the only receptionist was overwhelmed with the complains of another patient and her customer service towards me was terrible. Last time I went on an appointment was first week of January, and I still keep receiving bills from them, now the bills dont even have a detailed info of the service. Really displeased and extremely annoyed with them.

Please save your self the trouble. Take the time and search for a different place. I truly feel horrible for the staff working there. Most of them are very nice people too. I have gone here I would say for a year and a half and there was always problems. Not with the staff but with the doctors. I have had three different doctors and all three were very arrogent, and rude. The last incident was an older male doctor. Right when he came in the room to examine me he was mad about something. He kicked the trash can bc he was trying to examine me and it was in his way. He then proceded to tell me how he tells the staff everyday to not leave the trash can there bc its in his way. After the examination i TOLD him I had some question n concerns. He told me to get dressed and then go to his office n i can ask him the questions. He acted like he was in a hurry. So thats what i did. I took a seat in his office And i start to ask him my question . He interrupts me and says " dnt you see im on the computer? See i shouldnt be doing this but the people working here dnt know how to do there job". When he finally finished i asked him questions. I told him I have had alot of pain in my breasts lateltly and if i should be worried about this. He got mad n told me i should of told him about this when we were in the exam room bc now im gonna have to make another appiontment for him to do another exam.The whole time i was there i was In total disbelief how a doctor can treat a patient like this.

Less than 2 weeks ago, I had visited this office, and not only is the ambiance lovely and comforting but the staff is also. I checked into my appt @Noon, and was called in within minutes. The wait was not long at all for anything and the staff was very professional, friendly-helpful and accomodating. My Dr had great bedside manner, yet humerous when the time was right. I have been going to different Garden OBGYN locations, and this was my last try at the entire company as a whole before I transferred elsewhere. I just moved further out east and was looking for something closer to home. I still have an upcoming an appt for follow up, so the search for another office for now has been placed on the back burner. I hope to continue my regular checkups and treatments going forward. As my 1st visit with them was great. We shall see what tomorrow holds. Thank you for being so lovely.

The good: If you go to this practice, request Dr. Ash specifically. She is just wonderful. I cant say enough good things about her. Likewise, every sono tech there (every one whos done my sonos, anyway) is super-friendly. I have had only good experiences with all of them. The bad: Wait time is almost always long. No communication is offered as to why there is a long wait or when one might hope to be seen. Im usually only called back after Ive been waiting an hour and I go to the front desk to inquire about when Ill be seen. Most of the staff seem ambivalent at best. Staff use their cell phones in patient care areas and often seem too busy chatting with coworkers to give patients their full attention. Im not expecting them to be my best friend, but putting your phone away when youre highly visible in a patient-care area seems like a pretty simple courtesy to me.

Horrible !!!! Terrible customer service. These people couldnt care less if you live or die. I went there with bad abdominal pain. She gave me a prescription, I took it for 5 days and the pain got worse. I called office for 2 days explaining that I was in extreme pain, and needed to speak with the doctor or at least get a new prescription called in. No one ever called back!! I called 12 times. I even said it was an emergency. Still nothing. I called the answering service too, after hours, they paged the doctor and the doctor told them to have me call during business hours.. I called for 2 days during business hour !!! To no avail !! Then I started to explain my condition and pain, and the answering service hung up on me !!! The staff is rude and the doctors do not care about you at all. Do yourself a favor, Go elsewhere !!!!

Worst experience of my life. Nurse brought the wrong chart into the room and read me someone else medical information. Thats a HIPPA violation. Than they wouldnt release my medical records to me when i wanted to start seeing another doctor. They told me I needed to tell them who i was leaving them to start seeing and that was none of there business. I even said i would sign a NY state medical release form and they still told me that i had to tell them the name of my new doctor. What a stupid office. I go to real Doctors now with real medical degrees. If your smart dont ever go to this office or have anyone there deliver your baby. You Could die. They dont know what they are doing.

Dr. Ashfaq is my main OB/GYN and she is AWESOME. I used to see her at the Garden City location but now that she has moved to Massapequa, im right there with her. The wait time was horrible by Garden City, but after seeing Dr. Ashfaq it makes it all worth it. The Massapequa office is clean and welcoming, the receptionists are pleasant; Krystal, Dr. Ash assistant is so nice and friendly. Theres barely any wait time, once you have your appointment. They ensure all your concerns are addressed. I cant speak on any other doctors there, but trust me, Dr. Ash is bomb. I dont usually do these review things but i wanted to make sure Dr. Ash gets her props because she deserves it.
