Beware Dr. Cordoba. My brother went here on Jan. 5, 2017, (his primary care doctor was not available) with severe lower back pain that shot down both legs. He could not stand or walk without excruciating pain. Dr. Cordoba did not perform any tests (no urine, no blood) nor ordered any test. He did NOT do a physical exam. He just nitpicked my brother about one of his prescriptions that he fills every month and why he has to fill it. My brother left with a prescription for a muscle relaxant, which did not really help. Two days later, my brother ended up in the hospital for a WEEK with SEVERE bladder and kidney infections and a bulging disk in his spine that no one knew about. He is still in incredible pain while his primary doctor puts together a plan. If Dr. Cordoba had taken the time to actually listen to my brother instead of making assumptions about him, he might have been able to provide treatment for the infections sooner. Very closed minded doctor and rude. If the staff tells you that you will be seeing Dr. Cordoba, ask for someone else. You might actually get some medical care.

Took my daughter in and waited for almost an hour to tell us that her insurance wasnt being accepted. Someone named Gabby helped us, but didnt look like she wanted to be there in the first place. We would stand in front of her and she would not acknowledge us until we say something first. It appeared that she was on her phone, but then it could of been work-related. Who knows? I saw her a second time with her phone showing her co-worker. Her reason for the long wait was that their system was down. I mentioned that she could of called the number on the insurance card to find out if our insurance would be accepted. Her reply was that the insurance are closed on the weekends. I came home and called the insurance myself and received an answer in less than 5 minutes. I dont understand why she couldnt of called so we could be on our way. The other girl working with her was asking other people who walked in what insurance they would have and would tell them right away if its accepted or not. Plus our insurance card showed that they are available 24 hours. Waited almost an hour for nothing.

I was recommended to this urgent care by a co-worker. Best decision i ever made coming here. The wait was nearly next to nothing. The staff was very kind each time I entered the office.Always had a smile on their face and was more then happy to answer any questions. I had to go back 3 times for follow ups and they remembered me each time. I personally like when staff is able to do such thing, makes me feel I am in personal special care. (Thats just my feelings tho) The doctor was attentive and caring. He took the time to personally get to know me. He helped me get threw the procedure with ease. He was very kind and polite. He made sure to inform me of each step he was making threw out the short procedure. The office its self is very well kept. I will personally only be going to this urgent care from here on out for myself and my child. I would recommend any and everyone here!

My mother had a great experience with this urgent care today. Her regular doctors office is contracted with three urgent care centers in Fresno. One just rang and rang when I called. I double checked the number online and noticed they only had a 1.6 google rating. The second had a 2.5 rating. This one had a 4.2 rating - so we headed that way! Nice, clean office. In and out in and little over an hour... even with all the people who were there when we checked in. And my mother said the doctor/nurse that met with her (I think she said it was a woman... Tony, I believe) was very warm and friendly. Compared to other urgent care experiences Ive had, they get 2 THUMBS UP from me

I came in for shortness of breath and sharp chest pains. Dr. Robert Green was so helpful and right away directed everyone so effecient . he stopped everything after seeing me in distressed and called for ambulance right away after I was strugging for oxgen. He cares so much and was so gueinualy there for me. he followed up with me and even have me more time to heal after I suggested to be back to work. I will always recommend and go there if I ever need to again. The best place Ive been to get treatment in fresno.Thank you Dr. Green. you and staff was amazing and Ill never forget your hospitality.

The staff here are friendly and amazing, by far one of the best urgent care facilities Ive ever been to. Upon visiting, I reccomend seeing Dr. Klug. He is one of the most amazing doctors, especially with urgent care, Ive ever met. Ive been to multiple urgent cares and its usually just a quick "Hello heres whats wrong, now go," and theyre gone. But no! Hes friendly, funny, and very thorough when answering any questions. Such a pleasure, and will absolutely return to him and refer him to anyone who needs amazing urgent care service.

The Premium Urgent Care on Herndon/Milburn with Dr. Klug was an awesome experience. The staff and Dr. Klug were very professional and made my daughter feel at ease with her medical care. The lobby and the exam room were nice and clean. Dr. Klug took care of my daughters needs and put a smile on her face. He made her feel comfortable and helped get her mind off of her pain. She even shared her TaeKwonDo moves with him. Overall they have great customer service and the wait was an in and out process.

I have had to use this Urgent Care on several occasions and saw Dr. Cordova a couple of times and a second doctor (sorry cant remember his name it was last year) both doctors were pretty thorough and professional. The girls at the front desk have been very nice every time that I have gone in. The assistants are also nice and the office is clean and the worst part of my visits is that I had to wait but then again I have to wait at every doctors office that I have been to...Thanks, DM

I went in for the first time today and I was in a time crunch. The blonde lady at the front desk (I hate I cant remember her name) she told me my insurance wasnt accepted but explained to me how I could quickly get it changed to where It was accepted. She was a life saver! I was quickly seen, and out in no time. The entire staff is awesome, and Dr. Klug was very polite. I would highly recommended this place and will return for any future medical needs.

Went here to get help for my back n dr came in for 2 seconds said its an uti prescribed meds n that was all, didnt take the meds went to my ob for previous scheduled appt no uti went to primary care dr no uti went to er no uti come to find the dr here assumed it was an uti n really its my sciatica.. WHAT A GREAT DR! MAYBE YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO UR PATIENTS ISNT THAT WAT U GET PAID FOR? NOT JUST ASSUME U NO THE PROBLEM
