Staff was very friendly! I broke my foot while on vacation in chelan. I had an X-ray done and was told I only needed a boot for 4 to 6 weeks. 4 weeks later I have another X-ray back home to see how its doing so I cant get out of this boot. The clinic was wrong, x rays showed I needed a cast and shouldnt put ANY weight on it. So I havent healed at all and I have to start over in a cast. If they were not sure I wish they would have referred me to a specialist. I also havent received a refund for the borrowed crutches I was promised.

When I needed to have what I will call, minor surgery up at the hospital, I went here to consult with my doctor who had hours at the clinic. Everyone I met was helpful and smoothly got me through the initial processes. Then the terrific doctor and another set of staff completed steps at the local hospital. Thank you all for your parts, even those behind the scenes I never met. :)
