At one point in time this was an amazing health clinic, but that has changed. In the last few months, my appointments have been changed at the last moment. Ive been forced to see a Nurse Practitioner who was still in training when my appointment was to see Dr. Wilson for a follow up on a complex issue. In my most recent visit, I was talked down to by a provider who I dont think took the time look over my medical record, and wasnt aware of the history. When I asked for a referral because of a chronic issue, we were treated as if this was our first point of contact and stated he did not have enough evidence to refer me. I have provided this office a paper copy of my medical records, including MRI results and other tests done. Im not sure if this provider did not look at my records, or if those records were lost. He pushed for x-rays and treated me like I needed to start from square one. I would have been open getting a x-ray done, but I also feel like this provider should have looked over my records and scans before trying to get more tests done. He treated us like this was our first visit to a doctor we visited about this particular issue, it isnt. When we questioned him about the MRIs and other scans done, this provider replied in annoyed tone said "it will be up to the spine guys to review that". The woman handling medical records seems to be unaware of the federal law. They are breaking federal regulations, claiming that they can only provide paper copies. Im sending out a fax and registered letter requesting me records in a electronic format with copies of of the federal law that states: a patient has the “right to obtain from [their health care providers] a copy of [their medical records] in an electronic format,” 42 USC § 17935(e)(1).

I have no issues with the doctors or the healthcare provided. HOWEVER, the people handling the billing are the most arrogant and rude individuals I have ever dealt with. I have been a patient for more than years. Every time there has been a difference between the insurance payment and what is owed they have sent me a bill and I have immediately paid it. I went to office on 2/14/14, and gave them my insurance card. On April 11th I received a letter in the mail. Stamped on the front of the envelopment in bright RED ink "10 DAY FINAL NOTICE TO AVOID COLLECTION PROCESS". This is the first communication I ever received. The next day we left for vacation so I called and left a message to contact me on the 17th as I would be out of town. I did not want them to think I was avoiding paying a mere $45.00 bill. That letter was seen by our postman. My entire family was embarrassed! While we were gone and had a house sitter staying at our home Candy called and left two messages on our answer machine. Our guest got to hear her messages. Again embarrassing. Sending that letter with the collection message on the front and leaving collection messages when she should have know we were not home is a HIPPA violation. When I finally got Candy on the phone she was the most rude person I have ever dealt with. This is not over!!!!!!!!!

Revising review after last visit. I usually have a good experience with Dr Wilson but on 12/11/13 after making appt with Dr Wilson I was examined by the PA in training Mary Jo. I was being seen for follow up to ER for bad asthma attack. She entered the room reeking of strong disgusting perfume and sent my asthma flaring again! I had to get a breathing treatment right away. She did not know correct questions to ask or give a proper examination for my condition, I have been thru this many times. Mary Jo should know especially this time of year, wearing fragrance can be harmful to patients. My opinion is she needs to return to school. also the girl at front desk is probably the snottiest receptionist I have encountered. Fortunately she is not always there at my visits. All the other staff are great, nurses, other receptionists, Dr Wilson. The other problem is lack of doctors acvailable. Dr Wilson is not there everyday and when he is leaves by 1:00. Such a shame, I thought I had found my primary care.

I had an ear that would NOT open up and I couldnt hear on my left side. Went to Everyday and was treated with respect and the nurse spent almost 20 minutes washing out the ear until I could finally hear again!! The staff is friendly, helpful, and I take my children there whenever I need help. ER is a joke...takes a long time to be seen. I make an appointment at Everyday and they see my quickly. Never a long wait. Always have helped me or my family no matter what the issue is. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help in a pinch, as they are open all the time and you can walk in and get seen.

Great hours. Im surprised its not more busy than it is because of all the bad reviews from other places. My husband visited with an ear problem and the dr was knowledgeable and was able to identify what was wrong. The wait wasnt long either. Theyre also quite flexible in dealing with payments and arent against working out payment plans and such. The only disadvantage is that they rotate their doctors, so sometimes there are no women doctors in the rotation for sometime. However, still overall a good place to go.

Great place! Brought my grandma here and she was given quick and amazing service. The nurses and doctors are knowledgeable and care for the patients... Would highly recommend NP Colleen Saliba, she was great. In addition I personally have been treated by Dr. Brent Wilson and he is an amazing medical provider that always goes above and beyond with each visit and is kind, caring, and intelligent. Everyday Health Care is a great place to come for your medical needs and you will not be disappointed.

Ive had a number of experiences here. For the most part, I get proper treatment. There were a few occasions that doctors or PAs dropped the ball. The billing staff are awful and one of the managers didnt seem to comprehend how reimbursement worked. The billing issues are the worst. Also, this whole Covered California mess has made it worse. Their database system is not updated. Everytime I go in, I have to ask that they call a rep instead of just reading from the database. So frustrating.

Everyday Health Care, is one of the more efficient professional facilities. Their doctors and healthcare Associates are very professional in the treatment of my healthcare needs. I have never been more satisfied with the facility. Although, I do have a primary physician, but, they are very busy and more times; I have found myself unable to get in to see my primary physician. Therefore, I have turned to Everyday Health Care for my primary needs. Sincerely, Kenneth Marple

The staff was nice Ill give them that but I had a toenail removed in the worst possible way that caused lots of trauma and bruising not to mention a really bad infection. Ive had this procedure before and have seen lots of them when I worked as a surgery tech and Ive never seen it done the way mine was done. I cant remember the name of the provider that did my procedure and the other providers may be great but unfortunately I will not be going back to this place.
