Horrible Experience! Long Wait, to Get Drs Attention For Two Minutes! They Assume Your Sickness, panic you and days later everything is ok. If they had a .5 star I would definitely put it. First time I ever in my life rate something and Ill be honest I dont regret it! Ladies at the front desk are really nice and always greet you! But Dr need to be more professional! My advice is to go somewhere else even if you have to commute, rather pay gas than to pay for waste of time!

I had a horrible experience. I have been dealing with an illness for a long time so understandably I get emotional when discussing with Dr. Ron Pasquale insinuated that I was on drugs and quickly prescribed me meds and tried to send me on my way. I told him thats not what I am there for. I need answers and he didnt like my response so again handed me off to another physician.

The waiting is as long as any other random clinic but sometimes even more, the staff is unprepared and the service is ok not to mention the diagnostics of the "doctors" are always so general and based off the book.

Dr. BOCO is the best I have been to in my life, dont mind driving 45 min to Apex Ive never waited in lobby over 20 min and his nurses are so good and professional!!

Theyre on top of their stuff!!! They have patience with people, and they find out what is wrong with their patients, kids and adults!!! I love their medical group!!!

So rude girls, talk talk talk, call them hardly answer, just called 10 times its 630 and they dont close until 7 they need much customer service training
