My sister recently had an emergency appendectomy and our entire experience from the ER to the OR to recovery was wonderful. The staff at Lake Chelan Community Hospital is so kind and helpful, particularly nurses Anna (ER), Malissa (Recovery), and Karen (Post-Op). Dr. Tabetha Bradley, her surgeon, was amazing and took so much time to answer all our questions. I wish we could go there for every medical need, but sadly we were on vacation. Whether you live in Chelan or are just visiting you can trust you will have very competent and thoughtful care at Lake Chelan Community Hospital.

The health care I received was great, and I cant say enough about the woman who checked me in, Max my nurse and the ER doctor who took care of me! The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because of an employee Patty in their business office who didnt treat me with any respect at all. Hospital mission is to treat patients with compassion and respect which I got until I had the sad and unfortunate experience of dealing with Patty. Replace her and I give your hospital 10 stars!!!

My 85 yr old mother fell and hit her head, received the absolute best care possible. EMTS called ahead and they took her directly to scan upon arrival, we didnt have to wait for anything. The Dr seen her as soon as scan was done and ordered x-rays which they came immediately to do. Everything was explained in detail. All the hospital staff and EMTS are fantastic!! Thank You So Much!
