The staff was rude. They werent willing to help my mama. She has to get blood work every 3 months and every time she goes to this quest they have treated her poorly. She already has a chronic disease that causes her pain why add additional discomfort to someone already in severe pain? I understand working can be difficult but this isnt a retail store or a restaurant. A friendlier staff would be appreciated.

Horrible service and said that quest does not accept cal-viva I stance any more. Found out that was a lie. I was also informed of this after an hour waiting to be called up while two people were just standing around chatting. Last time I ever use this location.

This is great alternative location. Pleasant Office. Not crowded, fast friendly service by certified medical personal, both took care of the paper work and preformed the tests too. Pain free blood test. I will be going back!

rude, they are very poorly in how they treat the patients. I have been there 3 times and it is the worst treatment every time. the person at the front is very rude, and other things that have to do with race. very poor.
