I was hit by a drunk driver and needed medical attention. I was aware they closed at 6 so I called ahead to let them know I was coming and needed help. I got there at around 5:45 and they had all the paperwork ready for me to fill out and made sure there was staff to accommodate me, even though they were about to close and I appreciated the effort. The nurse/receptionist was very kind and helpful, I wish I remembered her name because she deserves the recognition. Dr Krikorian was awesome and helpful beyond expectation. Alexis, part of the nursing staff, is really sweet and Im glad Ive got to see her both visits Ive had there because shes made me feel comfortable and is easy to talk to. I can only think of positives to say. On a side note: I am the gentleman that Mr Garen Simonian was talking about in his review. Hes an ass. He rolled in 10 after, not 1, and interrupted the conversation I was having with the nurse to announce he was late because he got lost, but he had a sinus infection that needed to be taken care of. No appointment, no call ahead, not his problem. She told him they closed at 6 and most of the staff was gone, but shed check to see if there was anyone still in that could see him. Dr K assumed since this clown was so vocal and acting more entitled to medical attention, he was the victim of the car accident and began giving him advice that was intended to the real victim, me. Mr Simonian revealed he was not the auto accident victim and that he was in fact there for his sinuses. Dr K stated he wasnt aware of who was still in the building, paused, turned and looked back toward the offices, turned back and said that he didnt know if anyone was still there, but they could probably do something for him. Thats when Mr Simonian snapped and said to not bother, that the nurse was rude and that Dr K obviously didnt want his business..... He apparently thought he could jump the queue because according to him his ailment wasnt serious so he can be seen before me real quick. The nurse and Dr K couldnt have been further away from being rude. He walked in with an expectation of service he thought he deserved and when a group of concubines didnt come in the waiting room to hand feed him grapes and fan him with giant feathers or banana leaves he was outraged. He stormed out after his little tirade, but returned a little time after saying that he was gonna give them a second chance. After the way he talked to both himself and his nurse Dr K said he didnt have any intention of seeing him today after the insults and rudeness he displayed earlier. Mr Simonian threatened him with a bad review to which he replied he can do what he wants, he didnt care. Mr Simonian, you looked like a 50-something year old man, but acted like a pissy, self entitled teenager. The fact that you threatened a bad web review, that can be detrimental to a business by steering away potential clientele, because you didnt have your ass kissed is proof enough. Your review makes it completely transparent that you are genuinely an unpleasant person. Maybe the discomfort of the infection made you inpatient or made you feel privileged, I dont know. Im trying to come up with a possible cause using logic, but since your attitude and reaction were completely void of it I might be wasting my time. I hope you sorted it all out and youre a more tolerable person when healthy, I cant imagine a life where I thought it was acceptable to be shity to everyone.

Would not see me at 6:01pm. I understand they close at 6pm. I had gone to wrong location just down the street and had turned around and came back here after realizing I was in the wrong lot. I parked and was at their door at 6:01pm. A nice nurse let me in as the door was locked. There was another patient there filling out paperwork and the lady at the desk was terribly rude. It seemed a major inconvenience to them to see me at 6:01pm. I was here for a sinus cold. So quick in and out with a prescription. A doctor came up (his card stated he was dr. Kronor ian CFO.) He tried to give me his card because there was an issue in the office. But after realizing I was not who he came out to see he took the card and handed it to the other guy and proceeded to say they could not see me since I was there at 6:01pm. I stated i have been here before and that this was not ok and the reason i was 1 min late was since i had accidently driven to the wrong building and that was the urgent care i wanted to be seen in. He has some attitude and reluctantly was agreeing to see me. I felt like they did not care at all so I left terribly unhappy and still sick. The hippocratic oath has no meaning here if it means staying 5 min extra to help someone who is sick and has been here before. So I just tried to go back in to be seen, and Dr krikorian was at the desk. He stated he did not need my business so I grabbed his card to get his name correct. I mentioned the bad reviews online. He did not seem to care.

I do not recommend this place for anyone. It was a constant battle talking with the doctor and chiropractors to get the help I need. Everytime it is the same therapy, no result.. They make you sign so much paperwork to make sure they get money, but only give minimum care. The chiropractors give the same speech to everyone. Your eye level isnt straight, your neck bone is tilted to the right and hip bone is down to the left so you are pretty much walking like this and as you age you will have more problems. While I was there they had two part-time chiropractors and I heard the male chiropratic said what we do here is give minimum care to everyone, we dont spend a lot of time and most insurance frown on big bill. So it doesnt matter what the patients needs are or if they get better, just put them on the machine for 15 minutes and take 1minute to pop their back. Any complaints of having irritation, numbness, and pain they dont care and rush you off. BE AWARE. DONT WASTE YOURE TIME.

My wife went to see them with a severe chest cough/infection. The Doctor said that it was viral. No antibiotics. After three more visits and coughing up green mucus she was finally given antibiotics. And lo and behold she got better. I have chronic sinus/lung issues. In the Spring and Fall get sinusitis with lung infection. Went and saw the Doctor. He paid absolutely no attention to what I had to say. Im coughing up green mucus and every time I blow my nose green/yellow mucus comes out. He said it was VIRAL and there was nothing to do but wait it out. I know what I need to take care of the issue. He wouldnt listen. Said he wanted to get a chest x-ray. I told him know. He said: "How am I supposed to know if you have pneumonia?" If he cant tell by percussion and a stethoscope maybe he should go be a WalMart Greeter. Very poor service!!!!
