Resisting change and not wanting to find a new dentist, I continued to go to my old dentist in Chicago even after I moved to Littleton. I had a few cavities filled in Chicago and when I came back home my whole mouth was in so much pain I couldn’t stand it any longer. My old dentist informed me that I would likely need a root canal and it couldn’t wait. Since I didn’t have dental insurance I did some research and called around to find out how much a root canal would cost. Old Town Dental was one of the few places that actually did root canals in-house, most places referred you to a separate endodontist and then you had to go to a dentist to finish the work, costing quite a bit of money to go to two places. Preferring one person to be responsible for my mouth and their good rates I booked a appointment with Dr. Maloy and I am so glad I did, doing the extra research helped out. The entire staff at Old Town Dental is so incredibly friendly and sympathetic. Their office is in a converted house just a few blocks from downtown Littleton that is very clean and welcoming. I can’t say enough great things about all of them, I was a new patient of theirs and they took care of me as if I had been going to them for years. Although the office is busy I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to see Dr. Maloy, they really keep on schedule. It was also great to see that they have invested in current technology. They were able to make the crown onsite during the root canal so they could do it all in one appointment. I didn’t have to wait for them to send out the mold and ship it back, which was definitely a bonus. Plus they told me that in the event of a cracked crown they could easily make a new one, whereas when it is made offsite the molds are thrown out making it much more difficult to produce a new one. All in all I only have good things to say about Dr. Maloy and everyone at Old Town Dental and I would highly recommend them to anyone, in fact I have already referred a few friends to them. A friend of mine saw Dr. Miller and had a great experience as well. They are definitely my new dental office for life!

I have a terrible fear of dentists thanks to a childhood incident. I happened upon a dental emergency about 6 weeks ago and Decided on Old Town because of the reviews (especially from people with anxiety toward dentists). When I got to the office, everyone was so nice and made sure to great me and ensure I was was doing alright. The receptionist allowed my girlfriend to address the insurance formation as I was in a terrible amount of pain and out of sorts due to being at the dentists office. The receptionist said that they would take care of the insurance procedures and did with great efficiency. When I was taken from the waiting area, the Dental assistant was even more nice than the people in the front of the office. I feel like she made sure I was comfortable and also ensured that all the tools of the trade were not just sprawled out in front of me, which is always a terrible reminder of what is yet to come. Dr. Maloy then came in and kept ensuring I was comfortable. He made certain that I was numb before he even did work. Now comes the good part. He addressed the situation at hand and as I was very infected, he didnt try to up sell or to set a treatment plan in front of me before he helped ease the pain and address the infection that had made its way into my jaw. After he addressed the problem, he simply asked if I would like to get a treatment plan together. I absolutely recommend this dentist and will refer anyone who wants a caring professional to work on their teeth. I will also be using this office as long I as I can foresee in the future.

I dont know anyone that is a big fan of dentists, but it is something that we all need to do every 6 months. Our oral health helps protect our overall physical health - and it is pretty hit and miss to find a dental practice that does things right. My wife and I are new patients at Old Town Dental, and our first experiences there exceeded our expectations. We had been using another local dental practice, but had a few issues in insurance billing so we decided to change. The on-line reviews of Old Town looked good, so we gave it a try, and we are glad that we did! I wrote a more detailed review on their website, so please visit it, too. The practice also supports local events, and as a resident of the City of Littleton, I appreciate that support.

I recently went to a dental office in downtown Denver due to proximity. They were extremely overpriced and did not give me honest advice. Like taking your car into a shop for an oil change and end up getting a whole new engine. Old town dental was the dentist I went to a few years ago so I decided to stop back for another visit. They scheduled me for an appointment that day and fixed me up for a third of the price of the downtown dentist. I would recommend his dentist to everyone no matter how far away. I live in Fort Collis and I would still commute down to Littleton (75 miles) because I believe Dr. Miller is not only an experienced dentist and quit good at it too, but because hes honest.

Old Town Dental is the absolute BEST!!! Its a beautiful office, spotlessly clean, and everyone who works there is polite and friendly. Both Dr. Maloy and Dr. Miller are are wonderful dentists (I usually see Dr. Maloy) with both talent and integrity. As a former dental assistant I was unable to locate a dental office after my usual dentist passed away. A friend (the wife of a retired dentist) gave me a heads up about Old Town Dental (she also sees Dr. Maloy) and Ive been a delighted patient ever since. GO!...youll be glad you did.

Shawn Malloy is an excellent dentist. Ive been going to him for over 12 years and he has done wonderful work. I would have given Old Town Dental 5 stars but it is getting very difficult to make an appointment. I am on a 3 month cleaning schedule but when I call for an appointment it is usually 4 plus months out. Old Town also has one hygienist that is incompetent, Ive told them never to schedule an appointment with her but everytime I call they try to set me up with her (Maria).

They are the best dentists in Denver! They are great, honest, funny, easy going, and they dont ever shame you. They also give out chapstick (a huge perk after having your teeth cleaned and getting cotton mouth) and play my favorite radio station (KBCO). Their office is super clean, open, friendly, and inviting. Going to the dentist is no fun but this is never a bad experience. I recommend them to everybody and I have always gotten great feedback about them.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Fairly priced and does not try to sell you something you dont need. I went in there needing a lot of work and after being quoted some outrageous prices for a bridge, crown, and fillings elsewhere I gave them a shot. I told them I was on a tight budget. They quoted me the bear minimum of serves I would need to fix my teeth. I ended up getting everything done because the price was so low. Great people, place, atmosphere.
