To sum it up avoid this place at all costs. I needed a routine cleaning so I visited this office because it was close to home. I arrived at noon on a Friday knowing that as a new patient it would probably take a couple hours. To begin on a positive note I didnt have to wait long before I was taken back for x-rays, which was nice. Unfortunately, that was the only quick part of the visit Id experience. The tech shooting x-rays had to do so repeatedly because she kept missing the target, this process took over an hour... bite - hold - zap, bite - hold - zap, bite - hold - zap... Once that was done I was taken to a dirty little exam room where I was given a once over by the dentist who proceeded to talk 100 mph about how bad my teeth were and all the stuff I needed to have done. It was nothing but a sales pitch: 4 fillings, deep cleanings, bone grafts, flossers, rinsers, etc etc - Ive had regular check ups my whole life & Ive never even had a cavity. You can imagine my dismay. I turned down the extras and said Id think about it, then waited and waited. Around 3pm I asked someone when I would receive the cleaning I came in for and was told that theyd have to reschedule so they could do the deep cleaning I had turned down. This of course was unacceptable so "Fine," I said, "do the damned deep cleaning." $500 was the cost but it would "alleviate my gum line 4s & 5s." Whatever... She finally finished cleaning around 4:30pm, I paid my $500 using my HSA and got the hell outta there. That was about a month ago and this week I just received an invoice that shows they charged me nearly $3000 for the visit, of which I am responsible for over $1,500. This includes more pictures than I took on my last vacation, x-rays galore, irrigations, scrapings, "unspecified procedures", and on and on. Im filing a grievance with my insurance company and hope that I dont get stuck having to pay - What a crock! I now understand why people hate going to the dentist :(

STAY AWAY! Unbelievably horrible customer service. Simply in awe over how poorly this place has treated me. Simply put, I went in to get a crown done but the minute I sat in the chair I was told that I needed to follow-up with my endodontic doctor before I could get the crown done, so why then did they even have me come in if thats a prerequisite to getting a crown? Oh, because they want to get their $126 office visit fee. LOL, what a scam. Wouldnt it make sense to inform people of such requirements BEFORE they set aside time from work and come in only to be told they need to reschedule for another visit AND THEN charge them for the current visit that nothing actually got done at? I spent less than 5 minutes in the dentist chair talking with the dentist. Whats even more funny is she told me at the beginning of the visit that "it is up to me" but that she recommends going to follow up with my endodontic doctor first. I respectfully declined and requested that the crown procedure be started that day but then she changed her mind I guess because she said she would not start the crown until the follow up was done. I then was concerned that i was going to be charged for the visit so I specifically voiced my concerns and she specifically assured me that if my insurance didnt cover the office visit that I would not be billed to pay anything out of pocket. I was totlly upfront with these people and they literally lied to me because now I have a bill from them for an office visit that nothing happend at. After trying to cal them to discuss the situation, they are holding to their guns and claiming that they never agreed to such and even had the nerve to say I was there for over 45 minutes, LOL, so please tell me, if I was there for 45 minutes, what did they do that took 45 minutes? This place is a joke and I will be contacting my insurance to file a complaint against them. Truly shocked!

Ive had alot of dental work done, Dr.Molly Richardson is THE BEST!!! She made me feel so comfortable about literally everything! She is a perfectionist in a great way, Hey, we all want the best work and she makes sure you get it! She is gentle and is perfect for kids as well as adults! Her office is calm and inviting, her dental assistant Destry couldnt be better! I will never go to another Dentist and I will deffinatly reccomend her to anyone and everyone!!! A++

I usually dont do reviews but Riverside Dental has been the best. I have tried numerous other places which I wont mention and no one comes close to Riverside Dental. The customer service is top notch and everyone there is really friendly. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. If you are looking for a dentist for first time or are looking for someone new this is the place to go. I would highly recommend Riverside Dental. They are all awesome !

I have never felt more comfortable at a dentists office in my life! Dr. Mollie is so professional and gives you honest advice about what should be done. She also tells you if it is something you can wait on, because its not bad, but to keep an eye on it. Great cleaning that is not painful! The whole staff is amazing, and I will never go to another dentist, because Dr. Mollie is a keeper!!!!

Best dental experiences Ive ever had. Due to my own negligence throughout my teens and early twenties my teeth were literally falling apart. I was ashamed and scared of going to any dentist but everyone in the office from the first time through the door was welcoming and happy to help me. I now have healthy teeth and recommend Riverside Dental to anyone that mentions needing dental work.

Dr. Mollie was great. She is honest, personable, kind, gentle, and most of all just wants me to have great oral health. I was delighted with my visit, even though I really dont like visiting the dentist. I will keep coming back. (And start flossing more!)
