My husband and I have been going to Dr. Zabel since 2010. I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her entire staff. When I was a SAHM I had to bring kiddos with me to appointments. They were always welcoming to them, even keeping them entertained while my teeth got cleaned. Shes replaced all of my "silver" fillings and saved me from getting root canals on 2 or 3 teeth with her precise and careful work on my crowns. She truly cares about her patients which shows in her work and willingness to give her personal cell #. Which she did for me when she had concerns about my comfort after a long, deep procedure. I have proudly recommended Dr. Zabel on countless occasions and will continue to do so for years to come.

I have been going to Dr. Zabel for 16 years. I have yet to be disappointed by her or any of her staff. They are always professional but still very friendly and efficient. Dr. Zabel is very thorough and explains things in laymans terms vs "Dr. speak". You can tell that they all like each other and enjoy working there and that creates a nice, positive atmosphere to be in. The offices are very nice, comfortable and professional too. Its nice that if you have an appointment at 2:00, you are seen at 2:00. they respect their patients time, which is rare these days. I would recommend Dr. Zabel to anyone looking for a great dentist in the Highlands Ranch area.

Dr. Zabel and her staff have been taking excellent care of my teeth for over 15 years now. Every procedure has been done with great care and with very little discomfort. Dr. Zabel has always taken the time to explain everything going on with my teeth, laid out the treatment options and recommendations and made sure I knew how much they would cost before doing anything. Over the years, she has also kept up with all the latest tools and technologies to make my visits efficient and comfortable. Dr Zabel was thorough, compassionate, caring, and helped my Mom through some very anxious moments. Together they worked out a plan to get my mother through some complicated dental issues.
