Very abrasive staff, went in for a groupon tooth cleaning and came out with 6 cavities and a refusal to clean my teeth until that and a gum treatment was done. Got cavities/treatment done, they randomly decided to do 5 at a time after agreeing on 3. Had to numb me three times because the dentist kept walking away and getting distracted. At the end (still all numbed) they seriously just asked me to close my jaw and feel if their were any problems. Called back in extreme pain twice with the receptionist saying its probably just sore and call later if it still hurts. Finally convinced them to look at it. Went back in and was immediately told I needed root canals. They could pre empt them but not schedule me to finish for a few weeks and could adjust them as an after thought. Went to another dentist who noted they had left some filing that attached two teeth, seriously took the new dentist about five minutes to fix and I was root canal free. Anyways this place has ridiculous office hours, cant hold their staff, and werent up front with what they were doing. In fact during the gum cleaning she realized she hadnt figured in the full cost and seriously asked me about the change in the chair as I was all numbed up. I will never let these people next to my mouth again.

It must be hard to find a good dentist. My husband and I are looking for a new dentist to call our own and maybe Dr. Semi is good, but we were not impressed with the staff. For starters, the receptionist was not very friendly. For instance, when my husband was there, she was arguing on the phone with a delivery company about where some package was and getting quite rude with them (not professional in front of customers), So, maybe thats not a huge deal. When I got my teeth cleaned, I am accustomed to getting them flossed as part of the deal. I did not get them flossed. OK, fine. I had a couple small cavities to fill and that was part of the deal with the Groupon, so I scheduled an appointment for that. Unfortunately, I had to cancel in less than 24 hours. When I called and asked to reschedule, the receptionist gave me an attitude about being less than 24 hours so I had to pay $30 cancellation fee. Fine. I get that. Did she ask me when I wanted to reschedule? Nope. I wont be coming back. Sure makes me miss my dentist back in Wisconsin.

Horrible. Got a crown in May 2014. Temporary was awful and never stayed on, miserable, painful experience. Now it is only November of 2015, and the thing popped off. I paid a lot of money for this. It has been determined that they either cemented it on improperly, allowing a small space for a cavity to develop below the crown, or they completely missed a cavity that needed to be filled. So now, less than a year and a half later, I have to have the miserable thing replaced. I am disgusted. Took my son, they didnt even clean his teeth, insisted that I bring him back to have his gims scaled. Strangely enough, they pulled the same stunt with me as well, never even cleaned my teeth....and after seeing another dentist found it this was not necessary at all. Nor did my sons new dentist think it was necessary either! I very vehemently suggest you steer clear of this place!

Dr. Semi was wonderful, the whole experience was excellent. I recently got a hole in my tooth that started to get infected and cause an enormous amount of pain, so bad I was close to going to Urgent Care for pain medicine. I called and explained my problem and the receptionist got me in right away with an appointment, I had my first root-canal done and go back for the final cap next week. I have anxiety when it comes to Dentist offices and I felt welcomed by the staff and it was a very fast operation, I felt absolutely nothing from the shots down to the procedure, and I am releived now from a toothache from hell. Dr. Semi was constantly asking if I was comfortable and offered me water incase I was parched. If your looking for a recommended Dentist, go to Dentistry 360.

The dentist seemed nice. However, I was charged a different price, than what was qouted. I left 3 messages requesting my detailed summary. I never received a call back. It was very hard to get an appointment other than 3 weeks out or 10 am. The staff didnt seem to mind if I returned to complete my treatment plan.

Dr. Semi and staff are very professional. I had a crown done a few days ago and was very comfortable during the whole procedure. Dr Semi made sure I did not feel anything before starting. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that looks for affordable prices, great dentist and really nice staff.

Was at the dentists today with my dad and had a seizure in the waiting room. My dad knew what to do but all the staff were great and I even got to go in and have my cleaning. Thanks guys :)
