The original appointment went well fast forward to the specialist reference and that is where things fell apart. The paper work they sent me had my name and address misspelled. I made my appointment from with the specialist 3 weeks latter and on the day of the appointment the specialist had not received the referral code from true health. I called I waited on hold for 2 hours without getting to a person. I drove to true health casselberry where the lady at the front said a number was written at the bottom of my mailed referral for me to call so that they would send the authorization code. I drove home got the paper and drove back to show her no such directions were listed on the paper. She then sent an email to a co-worker but she asked her phone how to spell authorization. She told me they were faxing it over so I drove back to the specialist.... no fax was sent.. I will never go back. Worst place I have ever been. Oh and they claimed their computers were down even though I just watched her send an email. Calling my insurance today to find a new company

I had an appointment for a general check-up last week. When I called to make the appointment I had to wait for a long time, but they do have an automated call back option (I just didnt know if it work). The day of my appointment, I waited for about an hour before a nurse took my vitals and then I had to wait another 1 to 1:30 to see the doctor. Both, doctor and nurse were helpful, took their time to ask about my medical history. Besides the long long waiting I think this is an OK clinic.

A walk-in clinic that doesnt want to see or treat patients. Ive been turned away 2 out of the 4 times Ive been there. Walking around for months with depression and no treatment really sucks and now a throat infection they wouldnt see me for because i showed up 40 minutes before closing. Positives do not outweigh the negatives and I wont be back. I do feel I should mention that I really liked Janine, their nurse practitioner, but otherwise theres really not much going for this place.

Very rude experience. The doctor told me that i will not get an answer today?? Then i said when i breath my kidney hurts and i feel faint....she replied....if i breathed like you i would faint too...i was not talking about hyperventilating... .when i asked her what she ment by not figuring out my condition today she told me.....do you know where you are and said...i did not walk out..i am here. I am helping you.....WHAT???

Had to have blood drawn today. I have a genuine phobia of needles and blood. When I started to get flustered and on the brink of passing out the room suddenly flooded with staff to make sure I was ok. They were all very friendly and helpful and accommodating to my situation. They seem to actually care for the well-being of their patients which seems to be a rarity these days.

I went in today for a stressful health issue and Ive never been treated so wonderful and kindly be a dr and the staff, changed my whole day around. Im so very appreciative for visiting this office today. I will definitely be back for future situations. And I hardly waited at all, I was in and out of there with my prescription in hand .
