Went in during a blizzard on a late Saturday (11 pm) couple years ago with very painful kidney stone. Parking lot and waiting room basically empty. Doctor sent me for very expensive cat scan where technician called me old man at least 5 times. Doctor gave mild pain reliever which made pain barely tolerable and prescription for more at 1:30 AM with nearest known 24 hour pharmacy 20 miles away with blizzard still going strong. Had to walk on my own from room in emergency to lobby and out to parking lot where wife was waiting in over 1 foot of snow in driveway and parking lot. To add insult to injury receptionist demanded copay as I shuffled my way to wife in car without assistance.

My father was at the Twinsburg Cleveland Clinic approximately 20 times during his last two years of life, when he was in his late 90s. He was always treated with kindness and compassion. As his daughter I had great faith in the doctors, nurses and technicians there. The triage unit was swift, thorough, and we NEVER waited upon arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend this ER facility I have also been impressed with the blood labs, the ultrasound, x-ray, MRI unit, the urologist, the cardiologist and the valet parking. I am glad I live within 20 minutes and that my local EMT will transport us there, if needed.

I think it was May 11th, very late at night, when I took my daughters mom in due to abdominal pain, she had gone elsewhere earlier in the day but it didnt go well. We went right back and Dr. Haas (sic?) treated her. He figured out her problem quickly, but most importantly dealt with her very well, he was down to earth and listened and that made the difference at least as much as figuring out the problem quickly. Her condition is serious and she has been in and out since, but he did a great job with her.

Wait time was about an hour before getting called back. Did a couple test just to send us to a diffrent hospital. YOUR A HOSPITAL THAT CAN FIX THE PROBLEM WHY MAKE USE WASTE TIME JUST TO DRIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! what a joke. I will never go back. Maybe its because of the insurance not being top insurance but if someone is in so much pain they cant walk, has a fever of 102.9 maybe you could TRY TO DO YOUR F**k**g job!! Good luck to the people that go to this place.

Wow, I was completely impressed with this new branch. The inside is a little stark and sterile looking, but it is completely modern and a really beautiful building. I had an ultrasound done and they had a 42" big screen in the exam room where I could see exactly what the technician was looking at on her machine. She was very thorough in explaining what I was looking at and did a great job.

I have buckeye health insurance and was treated like garbage from the moment I arrived and complained of terrible hip pain. They all seemed shocked when the x-rays came back positive for something being wrong. Dont go to this hospital if you want treated fairly unless you have different insurance.

The Cleveland Clinics Twinsburg campus provides top tier healthcare in a modern facility and a scenic location. (There are even two hiking trails on the property.). Easy hi-way access in a quiet bedroom community.

The ER was fully functioned all staffs were courteous and competent! It is just as good as any ER anywhere! I have been a CCF client for over 30 years and trust them totally in Any and all medical needs !

Terrible customer service. Called in regarding a mutual patient and was given no help at all. I was transferred ten times and that is when I decided to hang up the phone. Please work on phone manners.
