I suffer from chronic long term pain in bones,joints,headaches and some muscular and soft tissue.Rachael Wardwell was assigned to me after Kendra Lebretton left.I was on vicodin with no problems for quite a while.Kendra said they were being strict about contracts for pain meds now.I didnt break any contract and now 2 weeks later had Rachael Wardwell who immediately said the new rule at pchc was no one would be prescribed pain meds long term so i am tapering quick.I am suffering in pain and she put me on lyrica for strictly diabetic nerve pain which is not even my pain.She lied to me and I am a heart patient.Lyrica causes cardiac problems,sometimes fatal.I have no relief from lyrica yet and am extremely angry and in pain.Whats the malfunction there are they that inadequate and trying to or not caring if they kill people or making people suffer.Are they asking for a major lawsuit so they can stupidly say,hey we didnt prescribe pain meds.I at least deserve to be turned over to a pain specialist who in the past temporarily relieved the pain with epidermal shots,nerve blocks,p/t with very little help.I only asked for the minimal help I could get away with.Now im looking to the streets,internet or a lawyer for malpractice suit. Totally disgusted with pchc and Rachael Wardwells practice and dishonesty and causing me suffering. Everyone in charge of medical practice and.the lawyers and public need to be advised.They also put me on enbrel which gave me spinal meningitis that nearly killed me

Ive been going to PCHC for years and not once have I been able to get someone to return my calls. Not with setting up an appointment or rescheduling, or even for something as important as lab/test results. Its incredibly irritating. On top of all of that, I was sent to have a pelvic ultrasound and was told I would be getting a call about my results. I never heard back so today I called to see what they were. They directed me to one of their "medical staff" and the woman could not even decipher the notes and was unable to tell me the results in laymens terms. AND when I asked for the number of another facility that may have my results, she said she didnt have it and wasnt even willing to look it up for me. So now I am sitting here unsure of what my results are and completely upset with how unprofessional they are. Avoid this hellhole at all costs.

We are from out of town and thought we were visiting an urgent care facility but we were billed as a Dr. office visit, so our insurance company didnt cover it. The medicine prescribed has an ingredient that Medicare doesnt cover, so again, we paid all. (The cost was outrageous for what we got!) We did not have a Dr. attending, but a P.A. who prescribed a medication that was not at all helpful. The staff was polite and helpful but it turns out that it was a mistake to use this facility, in terms of personal health and finances! Wont be seeking health services in Maine again!

As a patient of PCHC-Dental center – there staff and service is horrible. You will wait for 2 months for an appointment and they call back saying we need to reschedule for another month. Bangor, ME does not have many Dental centers around but from my professional experience in health practice, this clinic has many problems with service to appointments rescheduling to insurance problems. AVOID AT ALL COST! I do not write many reviews about places but my experience at this place were horrible that I had to write one.

PCHCs billing department is incompetent. I pay through the nose for health insurance then I have to turn around and fight with their billing department after almost every visit. To add insult to injury they usually win through brute ignorance. Its only worth so much of my time and life energy arguing over a $3 charge (that is three dollaroos and zero cents).

If it wasnt for my many years and trust of seeing Nancy C. O Connor P.A.- C I would kiss this place good bye!! Useless and have to keep after them and nothing gets done!! PCHC cant even be bothered to add Nancy to their list of Providers on Union St. and shes been there since April!!

I am sitting in this place right now and when I called 2 weeks ago and asked about Co pay and cost they said my insurance was fine and no copay but now Im here and they want at least 30 but it could be more
