Ive been a patient of Sulaks practice for 4 years now. Most of my visits have seemed thorough enough that I feel comfortable not to need a PCP of conventional medicine. My issue that has come about with his practice, is that I personally got behind on a utility bill, and needed my 3 medical emergencies that Im by law allowed to have per year. I was told at first they do this, and have the forms. Then I was told this isnt something they do because its something a PCP does. I ended up getting my first, and second medical emergency through Dr Lerner (who is a great doctor by the way). However now I have to forfeit my legal right to my third medial emergency; because they wont release my information again and sign off that I am disabled and need my utility; due to their policy of only one per year. So why am I giving this a bad review; especially having been a happy patient for 4 years? Because I know in order to get a physician to help me, now I have to go through a conventional Doctor that wont help me unless I go on pharmaceuticals. Ill be forced into going on some type of opiate for my fibromyalgia, as the doctors wont just allow me to naturally manage my health the way Sulaks practice has allowed me, and sign off on a medical emergency. I offered to pay double for my visit with Annette who was supposed to be my PCP (apparently they just started doing functional medicine, as I have asked before for a PCP through them), I explained to them that they are my guidance of health, that Im disabled, that they are my provider of health and well being. So now its I lose all my medicine, my patients medicine, and will have negative impacts on my health due to this companies policy. No compassion in my opinion; I explained that I can only pay half my utility until the end of the month, and the rest on the first when I get my disability; so the last medical emergency is not something I want to just forfeit. Nor will the utility company allow me to make the payment, or even split it in half until the first of the month. I feel that they mostly just want people in the door, pay for the script, and out they go. I cant work due to my disability and they should be reasonably accommodating to someone who is disabled. I am not sure yet if my approach will be to seek legal guidance against this company as I feel they are discriminating against me. Gale left me a message saying not to call back because they wont help; my number gets blocked, and ignored. Even when I call the patient inquiry line.

This Reckless
Refuses once again to give medical emergencies that every patient is allowed to have each year. Last year I lost a lot of plants and medicine because it took two weeks for Dr. Sulak to call me and apologize that no provider would provide me with my medial emergencies that I am allowed to have for my power company. The winter is tough for me as I am on fixed income and the production of medicine is required for my overall health and well being. Sulak explained that yes I am entitled to these patient services and that he takes responsibility for all his patients. Katie told me today no provider would do my FIRST medical emergency of th year. She said sulak could possibly call you in a week. I told her that I will lose all my medicine to mold and not be able to get any form of medicine due to my fixed disability income. She said oh well, and started to become disrespectful by asking me about my finances. I dont plant to renew my script with my "provider", and I suggest everyone stay clear from this company. Ive been a patient for over 5 years, paid the ridiculous script prices, now prices drop 50% due to recreational. I suggest just growing your recreational amounts because there really is no benefit to Dr Sulaks practice.

I paid $99.00 online at Cannacare facetimed my doctor within 15min. I was certified with my card and just had to wait 1day for it to come in the mail. All I pay for is my medicine and my annual medicinal certificate. I cannot believe the price quotes on here an all i was looking for was a menu and they do not even have that on their site. Go to Wellness Connection Portland. So far theyve treated excellent

Dr Eng is so easy to talk to and is very helpful! Prices were good and their sliding scale fees are much better than the prices elsewhere. Plus they do month long deals quite often. Very glad I chose Integr8 over any of the other offices that offer the same service!!!
