Providers are decent but front desk ladies are honestly the WORST. Pretty sure being a nasty snag is a prerequisite to being a secretary here. Just got off the phone with a woman and I had a SIMPLE question about insurance only to have her scream at me the same thing "we bill" you bill who? Me? The insurance? Horrendous customer service and professionalism. How you even got a job in the first place lady astounds me. I am now going elsewhere for my needs, incase you are too dim to realize what this means, I am now giving my money to some other provider. Jesus.

I was given false information by a lady who signed me up with oregon contraceptive care program. The lady said that I can only get my birth control pills for 3 months only and after that I have to pay in full (which i did after 3 months). But in reality I had 1 whole year!! Planned Parenthood clinic gave me the correct information when I visited them. They were going to sign me up for oregon contraceptive care again and when they checked the computer system... I had 5 months left. WOOW. I felt like I was being scammed by osu health center.
