I have seen two separate physicians at this location. I have found neither to be in anyway able to communicate test results directly to me. My first appointment was for an initial intake and full physical. I was asked by three separate staff members one nurse and the doctor what tests I wanted run. Im not the doctor. They are. Once the test results came back, I received no call from my doctor to discuss these results. My second visit to this clinic was for a severe bout of diarrhea that had lasted over two weeks. A week after my appointment I finally called the clinic to see what my lab results were. I was informed that the lab had called earlier that week to state they could not run my test. The lab had given me the wrong specimen jars. When I returned to the clinic to pick up the correct specimen jars I was given the same wrong jars and had to ask the lab tech to look up the order again. After another week I still had not received a call from my doctor. I did have a notice on my chart that all the labs come back negative but still no call from my doctor. I have since called his clinic four times, spoken to 8 seperate employees, including the clinic manager and left a lengthy email for my doctor with zero response. At this point I am planning on filing a complaint with the department of health.

The incompetency and lack of professionalism at this clinic is incomprehensible! Yesterday, I walked into the clinic yesterday to see if I could drop off a urine sample as I have a UTI. The receptionist told me it had to be requested by a MD. I asked to to check to make sure. She came back and said I would need a MD request for the urine test. Months ago, I had a UTI and was told I could have come in without a n appointment and left a urine samile. Today, I received a message from the clinic saying that I can walk in and drop off a sample! However, I will need a MD appointment for an antibiotic prescription (and theyre booked for days)Meanwhile, the infection is going into my kidneys, hurts like hell and Im very nauseated. Later today I went to the Intermountain Memorial Clinic at 2000 S. 900 E. Within 30 minutes I had been diagnosed with a prostate infection and left with a prescription. The staff there are friendly, confident, actually care about their patients and they are fast! They have their own pharmacy and I had my prescription in hand about 10 minutes after my diagnosis. I would suggest that anyone reading this go to the Intermountain Memorial Clinic instead of the Sugar House Health Center. The difference is like day and night!

Horrible! They call and tell me my appointment is cancelled. I was out of medicine and made the appointment a month in advance. They cant get me in that day. Then, they call and tell me the appointment isnt cancelled, but tell me the wrong time. So, I show up at 8:45 for my 9:00 appointment, and they tell me it was at 8:30 and they wont let me see the doctor today. They are incompetent a**holes. What a wast of time and horrible costumer service. They told me at the office, "I promise you that no one called and told you your appointment was cancelled." I then played the voicemail. "Well, we didnt call you. Some in scheduling must have done it." Apologize when you make a mistake. So incompetent. Go somewhere else. I have wasted my entire morning, and still I have not seen the doctor, and I dont have my prescription refilled. Please save yourself the time.

I recently changed primary care providers after moving to Sugar House from West Jordan, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and reassuring everyone here is. The nurses are super sweet and welcoming. Ive never liked coming to the doctor, but they made me feel like everything was going to be alright. The wait took a minute, but as soon I was in, everything moved pretty quickly (actually much faster than other clinics). The nurse not only asked questions but listened when I brought up other concerns, and Dr. Chestnut is probably the most amazing doctor Ive had. Most doctors make me feel like Im being rushed out and given a simple answer, but he gives detail about whats going on with my body and why certain things are happening where. Its really refreshing to feel like my doctor actually KNOWS whats going on with me and that Im going to get taken care of well.

Unfortunately, I have to make an appt. here. Last year appointments the staff and Dr,s, talked down to me with a condensending attitude, and did not address my concerns. I never got an accurate diagnosis. After 6 straight weeks. If I suggested something, cause it is MY Body! SAME one whole life!! No, No, its not That!! Many test .and severe pain, that was Never addressed, Never! Worst in my life. Turned out I had it right from Day 1! Upsets me thinking about it. Wont put up w that again. I just need something for a persistent chest cold?? HOPE??

Both me & my girlfriend have been seen by their only available doctor (Dr. Kidd) & on both occasions he was unthourough with his exam & was trying to get us out of the office as fast as possible giving only 1 treatment option that I wasnt comfortable with & his answer was "well thats all Im gonna do for you so take it or leave it",, super unprofessional. If you want to walk out of a doctors office comfortable & happy with the treatment your given then stay far away from this clinic & get treated somewhere where your opinion is heard!!

Saw Dr White about my eye that is showing signs of infection on Monday. He prescribed over the counter eye drops. Said let the infection run its course. 2 days later on Wednesday eye is worse now its swollen and painfull, in addition to being red and gu. I had to call 3 times since 8am. On final call at 5pm I was told eye drops would be called in but if it gets worse go to emergency room? Now I am scared and I wish I had never gone to this clinic in the first place. I just moved here and have no doctor.

Good service always! And couldnt of ask for a better Doctor !! Only thing I dislike is the location since I drive all the way from Farmington to Sugar house which kills me in gas !..let alone not having health insurance paying out of pocket each visit and for refills

I saw a doctor here for a legitimate health concern. It was recommended to me that I eat some honey and take a hot shower. Incidentally I think they will accept chickens or goats as payment. Dont bother wasting your time or money.

Doctor ran behind schedule by about 15 min – not a huge deal considering that was the only "bad" thing about the experience. Very nice and receptive doctors / reception staff. It was my first visit and i will continue going!

Im very happy with my primary care provider, and I find the staff to be pleasant and professional. Their schedules are a bit off, but Its nice that they have appointments after work hours.
