Ive been going to this dentist for about 3 years. Everytime I go I think to myself, oh, maybe theyre just having an off day or maybe theyre just super busy and thats why they seem so incompetent. But this is it, Im never going here again. This dental group is ridiculous. The reception staff are always RUDE and careless. The dentists dont know what they are doing and the check ups dont even feel like they are doing anything. Its like theyre just going through the motions. I went in for some serious mouth pain a couple of weeks ago and the dentist just said "I dont know what it could be. I dont know why youre mouth is hurting. I dont see anything." Ok....well....could you refer me to someone else in the office that does know something? "Oh, sure, I guess...." Its ridiculous. Then I was supposed to be rescheduled to see this other dentist and when I went in they didnt have the appointment in their system. I had to take time off of work to get in there and they just look at me like "Nope, sorry, youre not in here. would you like to schedule something now?" Um, you think? I have NEVER experienced such incompetent service from a dentist and their staff. Like going to the dentist is bad enough and then having to deal with rude customer service and incompetent dentists? I am too through.

Ive been going for over 10 years to this dentist and have always been impressed by their no-nonsense approach, efficiency and friendly staff. Ive heard of other dentists that pamper you with mood music, cushy chairs, massages, etc. Im not there for a relationship. Im hoping to get in and out as quickly and painlessly as possible and Ive been very happy with the work theyve done which is primarily prophylaxis but also have had a number of other more complicated procedures which I was very happy with.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Ray Lees for years now and can give him - and Van Ness Dental Group - the highest recommendation. He is a great doctor who is very responsive and really pays attention to your care. He explains everything thoroughly and shows you on x-rays exactly what the issue is - very upfront about whether its ok to wait on something or if it needs to be taken care of immediately. Ive got a mouthful of past issues so have been to many dentists; he is the best.

Ive been going here for about 8 years and I cant speak highly enough of Dr. Nip and his team. Theyve really stayed current with updating technology, techniques and even keeping the offices nice. Ive never had an issue with needing to wait to longer either. I like going to the dentist as much as the next person, but they do make the experience better. Helps that they recognize me and my family and just have my history/records all in one place

I highly recommend Dr. Christian Nip. Hes been my dentist for over 15 years. He did such an amazing job of matching replacements for three of my front teeth that I am routinely complimented on what nice teeth I have. He is also a very kind and considerate person, which was particular apparent when he cared for my husband, who had Parkinsons Disease and dementia in later years.

Ive been seen by Dr. Lee and his hygenists for over 5 years now. Hes quick but gentle, articulate, and explains things well. My teeth are the zero-cavity type -- not much of a challenge for him, so I cant speak to how procedures other than cleanings and x-rays would go, but I can definitely recommend him and his office.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and professional. My appointments are very punctual and did not have to wait. I liked the fact it was the dentist who cleaned my teeth not dental assistant like other dental offices. I will definitely go back there and refer friends in this dental office!

In my past five years of seeing Dr. Lee at this location my appointments have always been very on time and very quick and very pleasurable. They are able to remove all of the coffee and other stains from my teeth with each tooth cleaning with no additional charge.

This was my first visit. Front office was efficient, technicians were courteous. My assigned dentist, Dr Tsang , had excellent chairside manner. Have to admit, I had low expectations going in but it was a pleasant experience. Ill be returning for more treatment.

I think that this is maybe 11th? 12th? 13th? year seeing Dr. Lee. Hes only there two days a week now (Monday & Tuesday). Luckily I can adjust my schedule. Dentists freak me out. Ive had some bad (even horrifying) experiences. But not in the past 13 (14?) years.
