Ive been a patient at the Edmonds Woodway Dental Care for several years now. Shortly after I moved to Edmonds, I received a brochure introducing Dr. Hrankowski and his team. I liked what I read, and when it was time for my check-up, I called for an appointment. I knew, with my first appointment, that Id found my new dentist, and his exceptional Team! Their new location is incredibly beautiful and calming; with a staff that is top-notch, caring, and professional; and using the technology to help everyones experience be comfortable and pleasant, consistently, One of my (adult-life) favorite experiences, so far, happened while I was sitting in the dental chair, in front of the offices beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, looking out over trees and the freeway. Dr. H was focused, doing an excellent job of a Dental Nature in my mouth, when all of a sudden he mentioned [...an activity...] outside; then Rene looked up and made [...an excited comment of surprise...]; I looked up, as I lifted my hand, proudly waving said, "Hauoo Mngepher Ckwesigunct!" Translated, (I had a dental dam and lip separators in my mouth, and possibly some nitrous sedation...) "Hello Mr. President!" and saw Air Force One, Obama, and his entourage fly by, shockingly low, as the plane was about to land at Everetts Airport. So, I ask you; where else can you be taken care of by an Outstanding Dental Team, to have your teeth cleaned; smile brightened; dental problems solved; and x-rays taken, while sitting in relaxed comfort, listening to music, watching a movie, and waving at the President coming to Seattle for a visit? Where? At Edmonds-Woodway Dental Care, thats where! I bet President Obama, Michelle and the Girls would be patients at EWDC, if they lived in Seattle...

I came to Dr. Hrankowski because he uses digital x-rays and can remove mercury fillings while gases and debris are kept out of my lungs and mouth. I had a broken crown and a number of cavities that needed work. He and his staff do excellent work and they met my needs in two ways. They scheduled me to get the work done on my schedule and when I didnt have the money to do a final crown, he worked extra hard to salvage a tooth at lower cost. (Ill still have to have a crown someday) The rest of the staff is professional and compassionate. And they listen even when I complain. I think Im pretty lucky to have found a "dental home." Im not truly excited to have my teeth worked on, but I do look forward to my appointments with Dr. Hrankowski. Even though Im only showing up now for my 6-month checkups, I am warmly welcomed and taken care of as an old friend. I suppose many dentists can fix teeth. Dr. Hrankowski is an artist and a craftsman and his staff make you feel good about being there. Thats a rare combination and its why I get up early to make the ferry instead of visiting a dentist on the island. One other thing I really like is their fee structure. You pay $300 annually for an exam, x-rays and two cleanings. That fee also gets you a discount on any fillings or crowns you might need. I like them so much I recommended my daughter come to see them. This is a first-class place that does excellent work, has great people, and has never made me wait. Highly recommended.

This team is great, great, and great, what can I say? Nothing but great service. Thats what I receive when I visit my dentists office. At 74 years young I have been around the block a few times. When it comes down to going for a dental appointment, you want to make sure that you receive the best service possible, along with the least pain. Dr. Michael Hrankowskis office came very highly recommended as one of the top dental care offices here in Seattle. I have been going to Dr. Hrankowskis office for 5+ years and he is by far the best dentist that I have had. Dr. Hrankowski always explains the recommended procedures in detail before starting and is open minded for your freed back. You are never pressured into making a particular decision. His goal is shared decision making while informing you if the procedure is urgent or necessary for your health. Dr. Hrankowski has an office staff of top professionals working with him. The office manager, Pam is a great person to work with. She is a professional manager with a warm, friendly, kind, and a likeable attitude. I cant leave out his other staff of professionals, his patient coordinator Breanna, along with a great, great, team of dental assistants. A very likeable person named Renee and her coworkers Maricon and Brenda. With this wonderful team how could anyone go wrong. Whenever you need personalized dental care they are there for you with a warm smile.

I googled this dental clinic before making an appointment. Actually, I google everything because I want to get the best of the best, doesnt everyone? The first thing I noticed was the low rating this clinic has. Im not one to be swayed by others opinions so I knew I wanted to see for myself. And I am sure glad I did! There are three things that I look for when deciding on whether Ill come back. The first; outstanding customer service. I can go anywhere I want so Im going to be extra picky about how Im treated. The customer service at this clinic was 5 stars - quick, friendly, ease of appointment access, and I was greeted with a genuine smile. Second, the actual service. I havent had my teeth cleaned in a few years - dont ask why. I am submitting this review a few weeks after the appointment and my teeth still feel just as clean. It was a very thorough clean, my hygienist, Maricon, made sure to take her time and was very careful through the whole process. And last but not least, a follow up letter. Hand-written by Dr. Hrankowski himself. Any clinic could just send an email or a text message but he really took time out of his day to write me a letter thanking me for my business and I really appreciate those things. So to all of you who havent been here before, I encourage you to come in and check it out for yourself. I am more than happy now because I have found my diamond in the rough. ~ Amanda

I hate (capitalize that: HATE) going to the dentists. Just moved to MLT though and needed a cleaning. Yet when I walked into this place the front office was super zen. They have all kinds of aquarium fish swimming on screen (beauty without all that tank cleaning) and a very-real-looking mystical fire thats burning on another monitor. Super comfortable "zen" waiting room has gourmet coffee for you to enjoy while you fill out the initial paperwork. The music is pretty peaceful-sounding and happy (not boring like elevator music). All the staff - and I do mean every single one - were extraordinarily patient about explaining why they needed to do what procedure on me; when I had been reluctant to participate. They were not merely professional and likeable but Dr. Hrankowski genuinely earned my trust when he admitted dental advice Id been given in the past was not accurate. Dr. Hrankowski gave evidence for how he knew the assessment he was making was more accurate. Wish I could add stars for the comfort, kindness and professionalism I experienced at Edmonds Woodway Dental Care. *Highly recommend it.*
