I wish there were negative stars to give because one star is giving them too much credit. New patient got there early for paper work....had an early am appt and the office was already full of people who had been waiting an hour....some man cussed the front desk clerk our and called all the employees liars and said they had horrible cust service....so I sit there with an excruciating tooth ache and after waiting an hour to be called back the girl at the front desk calls me up to tell me they wont see me because my ID is expired....mind you my insurance is good and its OBVIOUS it me on the ID but she flat out refused! So after an hour my chart had not even be made yet or put up to be seen and when I said why she didnt tell me this an hour ago instead of having g me sitting here in pain her only reply was that she just got here.... Ok so then who the hell was handling the chart before you! I asked to see the office manager buy she/he was conveniently in a meeting! Ridiculous wait time, no compassion, horrible customer service and it seems that this is the norm at all Western Dentals! Dont bother giving me your carbon copy reply I dont want to hear it! Ive worked in dental offices and we NEVER turned away a person with a broken tooth in severe pain.....shame on you!!!!

Worst place Ive been , 12:15 noon my appointment, I arrive at 11:30am, they tell me they cant see you until 2:00, I said ok Ill wait , 2pm comes , sir it will be another hour , then two people walk in , and I know one of them and I know we both have the same reason for being there , not even ten min go by they both get called back to get serviced , I get up ask how much longer ? They said there not ready , well if my appointment got pushed back from 12 noon , how they come in and get service before me ? Well see I seen who was getting to go get seen and its cool because now I have what is needed from a patient , actually told me its because of my race I said it couldnt be hoping that its not but they been going there for years and know most of the staff . I felt very disrespected, as much as I help Filipino people out there and I see the staff come in my store. But its ok , this is the main reason why people shoot up places like this, not professional and didnt even care about how long I was waiting after my appointment. If you ever wondered why G4s is usually the security for western dental now you know its because they have poor customer service . Been to others but this one took the cake . Had a scheduled morning appointment and waited over two hours to be seen then an additional hour and a half of x-rays and waiting to be told that my insurance doesnt cover the work I needed. They then tried to upsell me by offering a "payment plan" for over $2000 of dental work that actually is covered by my insurance and shouldnt cost that much. When I got home and called the insurance provider, they verified that they DO cover the work I needed. After wasting almost four hours at this place, no work was done. I was told that I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes or so before they can get back to me to do any of the work that they said was covered by my insurance when everything that needed to be done really WAS covered by my insurance. Its not clear what type of establishment theyre running in there but theyve got to be getting some type of kick backs to manipulate people into these so called "payment plans" and I think this should be illegal. People need to know how bad this place is so it can get shut down and put out of business. Theyre taking advantage of people in desperate situations. They dont even deserve the one star

I feel like I had a pretty good visit. Staff was very friendly and professional. Doctors services were therough. The only down part to my visit was the timing. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15 a.m. but I had waited a long time before I was taken care of. I left the office close to 1:00 p.m. without the proper information I needed. I was told I would have had to wait in the office longer if I wanted someone to go over the additional services, appointments needed, insurance coverages and my out of pocket fees, but due to my busy life schedule waiting longer was not an option for me. So now I am waiting for a phone call of explanation. The only suggestion I would have to this location is being more efficient with timing. Time is everything to those who have busy schedules. Other than that my visit was great and I was pleased with everything else.

I stopped going to Vallejo Western Dental when the last time I was there after waiting an hour and a half was told the dentist had left for the day. Went back today as I had a toothache. 4:30 appt finally called back at 5:25 after a asking twice about when I would be seen. After x-rays and waiting in the chair for over 20 mins. I was told by Lydia that the dentist had left and they would need to reschedule. I told her I was having pain and she would not like to be treated that way if she had a toothache to which she very rudely replied "that wouldnt happen to me cause I take care of my teeth" Could not believe how I was being treated and then to be talked to that way!!!!!!! Amazingly they then were able to find a dentist. 5 mins later I supposedly need a root canal. Do I trust them...not!!!

I Totally Dislike This Place My Appointment was the same as Another Patience. They Have me Waiting for two Hours and 25 minutes. When the doctors and the assistants Taking on the back using their Phones i Dont recomend This Dentists To Anyone The xray Girl was NEW when she didnt know how a take a xray! Who hires someone without experience! She was taking and taking Xrays for Almost an Hour! Thats hilarious. The female Need to Go Back to School and get some education . The Doctor wet me all over my chest when que was doing a cleaning and left my teeth with Nasty White thing with rinse it out. Very unprofessional!

Just wow. Made an online appointment for my husband because I was on the phone for an hour to make an appointment. He got a confirmation for a Saturday appointment. Which was 4 days from the day I made the online appointment. Arrived, waited about 30 mins to be told that they had to reschedule because no one had confirmed his insurance. Which wouldnt be bad if they even bother to contact him during the four days to let him know and reschedule before waiting for us to come in to tell us to reschedule. Wow, Just wow. What a waste of time.

My experience wasnt too bad but I wouldnt rate it good either. I felt the dentist was very dismissive of my concerns. I was even told I couldnt opt out of certain things which I did not want because I can not afford it because my insurance doesnt cover it. Hell the dentist didnt even look at the x-rays when I was asking about specific teeth. It felt like she just wanted me out of there. Im going in for treatment soon and if I get this dismissive attitude or if they try to force me into a treatment I refuse I will not return.
