I was always self conscious about my smile because I had a gap in between my two front teeth. The cost of braces were way too expensive plus the years of having braces and always having to wear a retainer was very unappealing to me. I then found Dr. Rosales. He was able to work on my smile and close my gap in between my two front teeth. My teeth came out looking perfect and better than the way I could have possibly hoped for. That was 10 years ago and I always still get complimented on my teeth and smile. What I like about Dr. Rosales is that he is an honest doctor. He gives you all the different options you have for treatment instead of trying to sell you on the most expensive treatment. His staff is always welcoming and super friendly, they really get to know you and theyre very personable. Thank you Dr. Rosales and keep up the good work!

I have been sing Dr. Rosales for about 10 years now. As a person, he is very nice and down to earth. As a dentist, I believe does very thorough work, provides conservative diagnosis and several treatment options to pick from (where other doctors jump to the most expensive) and explains all treatment options very well. The staff are pretty nice and always make me feel really comfortable. I have since moved to North Carolina for graduate school, but am still connected to the Bay Area and have friends and family within Dr. Rosales personal network. He remains my dentist of choice when I am home, and I would recommend him to everyone I know seeking quality dental care.

Im writing this review because Dr. Rosales has been my dentist all my life. The staff are always very friendly and Dr. is always accommodating to me and my family. I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. I was expecting a lot of pain and to feel really sick afterwards. But the appointment was fairly comfortable, and after the appointment, I just went home, took a nap and felt fine when I woke up. Thank you Dr. Rosales and the whole office for being a great dental provider.

Awesome office! The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to make an appointment to see Dr. Rosales and he was very thorough with me. He took his time to explain the treatment and answered all of my questions. When I came back for my treatment I had to get a shot, which Im extremely terrified of, however Dr. Rosales made me feel really comfortable and I didnt feel a thing! He helped me get over my fear of shots. Great doctor. Great staff. Really caring people

Even though Ive moved to another town and there are plenty of dentists near me, I still make the drive up to Pinole to see Dr. Rosales because his practice is great. I have very sensitive teeth and Dr. Rosales and his staff are very gentle. When Ive had more involved procedures done, Dr. Rosales is very patient and answers all of my questions. He has even called me after procedures just to make sure that Im all right. I highly recommend Dr. Rosalaes.

There are several words to describe Dr. Rosales and his staff - efficient, thoughtful, meticulous, knowledgeable. There are good explanations of everything that goes on, courtesy, and a concern that this be a good experience (which is rather tough considering that this is dentistry, yet it comes across).
