My fiancee recently went to the doctor and during the visit, she told me she was wondering why she was there. Once she got back home, she showed me the recommended work as well as the prices. No kidding this doctor has terrible reviews. The waiting time is atrocious, they over-charge their procedure and on top of that, are not able to give a clear diagnostic. Read the review on google, the profile is full of fake review. Go on yelp and you will see the real review and the one star rating. Keep your money and health: stay away from them. EDIT AFTER ANSWER FROM BUSINESS: I am shocked by the customer service and the answer there and how the doctor tried to turn patient into ridiculous people. It seems to give an accurate idea about how they treat their people. So now, I was not there but I can judge why it is so overpriced: one "recommended" treatment for a root canal. If you look online the cost of a root canal is between $700 and $900 (please google it). The "possible root canal" recommended by Dr. Rose Mango is $1400 plus post add $490. More than twice the price. I also trust my fiancee for telling me how she feels and that she felt treated like a walking wallet (paying upfront, everything is expensive) rather than a patient with medical needs and attention. But for sure, you probably better know how your patient feels, all reviews about your business seem to testify this. Fake review you said? Please face reality. If not enough, I am willing to post the quote if this review is not "real enough". Two last things: 1. you want me to search on the internet about yelp? Try to search about what is customer service and integrity. That might help your business on the long run. 2. I am going to open a case on Ada about the (a) the cost of treatment, (b) how you treat patient and (c) how you communicate with your patient (this review is an evidence). I do not think the profession deserves this.
