Called last week and explained I had a broken tooth that was infected and probably needed to be pulled. I was given an appointment for 9:00AM last Friday. I went to appointment when they opened at 9:00 and the had booked no less than 8 other people. (only 1 dentist) I waited 1 hour and 16 minutes to be put in a cubicle for another 36 minutes before someone came in to take x-rays. Another 32 minutes before the Dentist came in to inspect all my teeth. After that was thru they had me go to the waiting room to have the "Office Manager" tell me they had to set anther appointment the following week to have the tooth extracted. No medication, no extraction, nothing.... Nada.... Ziltch

Very unprofessional! I booked my daughters appointment a couple weeks in advanced and upon arrival very rude receptionist told me theyre closed(its only 3:45p) when they have it posted that they close at 6p and she asks me didnt anyone call me to reschedule? No that would be your job as receptionist and I doubt I would still come if my appointment were rescheduled. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Terrible way to build clientele. This dentistry wont last long here. Go where your time is valued and common courtesy is COMMON.

Hands down the best dental office I have ever been to, came in as a first time patient for an emergency extraction of my first molar yesterday after being referred by west county and was out within the hour. Very professional, knowledgeable individuals. Today not even 24 hours later and I have 0 pain or tenderness, over all great experience. Ive decide to make Town Center Dental my primary dental. Thanks for making my life that much easier! Youre life savers!

They refused to see me without taking additional x-rays despite that I had a full set of x-rays 6 months ago, just not from them. They mist have just been after the insurance money. I would not be as mad had they told me this while scheduling my teeth cleaning but instead they told me after wasting an hour of my life sitting patiently in their exam room.

I have been here 3 times now for my whole family. The experience is always wonderful. Dr Patel and his assistant Ashley work really well together and make the experience fast and as painless as possible. Very good with children of all ages as well as adults .. My family including my young children will continue to look forward to future check ups here.

Dr. was wonder! Experience was really amazing- Ive never had dentist with TV on ceiling and also it was very quick service. I didnt have to wait a long time and the quality was very high. Best technology and dental products were being used not like m previous dentist.
