Dont waste your time here. The first time I tried to get an appointment they canceled an hour before it because the dentist was at home and didnt feel like driving into the office because it was too far away from where he lives. Still got x-rays taken, who knows why. Went back the next week to wait an hour in the office, only to find out that someone who had a later appointment that night had come in early and didnt want to wait. No phone call or explanation this time, just "please sit and wait." Im stupid for taking this long to get out of there.

I have been trying to call them for appointment since last 2 months. But I couldnt get any response from them and they not opened yet. Berkeley Dental & Lab address is very close from my home. So I have chosen them in my dental insurance.So they are wasting my time. I dont know why this people registered under big insurance companies with out providing services to customers. I dont want to waste my time. Its better to switch to another dental hospital.

I really like the customer service and they worked with me with scheduling and payment. Their hours are great for after work and I was very satisfied with the work.

They didnt answer the phone during business hours and they didnt return my call like their prerecorded message said they would. Zero stars for service.
