Called today at 1pm and they were able to get us an appointment the same day an hour later for my dad as he was experiencing pain with his teeth. The receptionist was super nice and welcoming. After 5 minutes, I called back to give them more information about his pain and she told me that she was able to pull up the insurance information on their side already. That was super fast! When I went in for the appointment with my dad, the staff offered us tea and gave me a nice tour while Dr. Lau was helping my dad. Dr. Lau even came to speak with me about my dads situation, gave us an estimate of the out of pocket cost, and also the option of whether we want to continue with the service he recommends. Super friendly guy and can definitely tell he was passionate about what he does. Overall, it was a great experience with the friendlist staff to help you with everything. They even speak multiple languages! Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the area! 10/10!!

In addition to doing the standard practices, Dr Lau went the extra distance by researching relevant information that he would then edify me with in order to maximize overall dental hygiene. Such ideas included a supplement I was able to pick up on Amazon that I was previously unaware of; the product was exactly what I needed to better care for my teeth enamel. He was attentive to my sensitivities in both physical and mental comfort through choices of decor and procedures. Additionally, he would do an in depth explanation about the structure of teeth and how my personal and dental care would impact them in the long run. He summarized his check up with a follow up email thoroughly delineating my symptoms and resources I could utilize to further familiarize myself with dental health. In retrospect, I was given exceptional care.

My experience with Dr. Lau was very good. The first thing I will mention is that I was a new patient and he was able to take me within a week. I might have gotten lucky but it was nice to be able to see someone with waiting 2 months. The office is small but Dr. Lau clearly explained his approach and each of the steps they were going to take. The equipment seems modern and there are monitors in every room. There were some parts of the visit that were different than other dentists Ive been to, including feeling my jaw for tension/alignment and taking pictures of my teeth. Ive had x-rays before but I dont think Ive had pictures. I would recommend Dr. Lau to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Lau is the best dentist I have had; he is kind and compassionate, but he clearly explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. He explained a procedure with me, asked me if I was comfortable, and made recommendations for improvement. One thing I greatly respect about him is how he approaches his patients - he does not recommend extra unnecessary procedures just to make money. If you want a calm and professional dentist who really knows his field, Dr. Lau is the perfect fit!

Dr. Lau is friendly and made me feel at ease, and took the time to make sure my teeth were completely clean without having to use harsh methods. His staff are also very kind and thorough, and took a lot of time the week prior to my appointment making sure they could take my insurance.

Awesome appointment! Nice clean office, no wait. He did the minimum xrays he had to (which is so rare! I love that). He did a very gentle cleaning. Hes chatty and funny, which makes the appointment less awkward. Sending my husband here and Ill be going back myself.

Saw Dr. Lau on very short notice for an oral problem. He quickly got to the bottom of it, provided take-home medications and a prescription. He is a very thorough professional, and an engaging very positive person. I highly recommend him.
