Went in after twisting my ankle after falling down the stairs. They took xrays and said theyd call me in 48 hours with the results. In the meantime they gave me a boot to wear, and had me sign a sheet saying I got the boot. Since I was in pain, I quickly signed and left to go buy some motrin, when I read the page more throughly it said that they had demonstrated how to use it boot, how to clean it, etc. They literally put it on my foot and said have a good day with no instruction whatsoever. I called them back right away to discuss billing and how they could give me a $400 boot with absolute no diagnosis and they said Id have to talk to my insurance or their billing department which was conveniently closed. Then they never called me back about my xrays. When I finally called a few days later they said that they had gotten my results days earlier but that they generally do not call patients about results. What?! Also, when I called the girl who answered the phone just rattled off all of the information in my chart without so much as double checking my birthday. I do not feel they are trained well here, and I wouldnt trust them with my health information. Definitely go somewhere else.

1. Horrible physician 2. Horrible office management and organization 3. Horrible customer communication 4. VERY unprofessional After going in for a urinalysis, the physician was the first screw up. I did most of the talking in the appointment, and he barely made eye contact. All he did was repeat what I was telling him, with no follow up questions or suggestions.... I told him my symptoms were evidence of an infection (which Im very familiar with) and he didnt want to send in a urine sample to the lab. I went back in a week later with worse symptoms and demanded they send in a sample. After a week went by, I called in to check on the test results and they told me a sample was never sent in. As mad and frustrated as I was.... I refused to pay for my "service" since I was forced to go to a second office for treatment (another $100). Get Well Urgent Care insisted I pay $115+, including a new patient fee. Its been MONTHS fighting with the management of this office to get the balance down... and not even to $0. Im contacting the Better Business Bureau to submit a formal complaint as well.

If I could give them -5 stars I would. After a horrible experience 4/8/17 with the medical assistant & a fractured ankle (she slammed my broken ankle into the wall while I was in a wheelchair and didnt know how to put a boot on to name a few of the issues) I decided to give them another chance, as the clinic manager did the right thing & reached out to me personally--with assurance the situation with her incompetent staff would be handled. WRONG. We tried again today, 4/30/17 with my 10-year-old daughter. Once again I am underwhelmed by the front desk staffs lack of professionalism, manners, & overall capability to do their job. We will never be back--and I strongly recommend if you want a decent urgent care experience to avoid them at all cost. Minute Clinic? Here we come!

I will never go back to CVS Minute Clinic ever again after going here! There was zero wait when I walked in, I only had to pay my $20 copay, and I waited less than five minutes while my insurance processed before I was taken to triage. The doctor was very friendly, she answered all my questions, was very straight to the point, and then she sent my prescription directly to my pharmacy. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Its a very clean facility, friendly front staff, and convenient location and times. They are open 365 days a year, Monday - Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturday/Sunday 8am to 6pm. Its great for people who work/go to school and cant go to a doctor during regular business hours. I would go to them again in a heartbeat!

I go here (for myself and my son) instead of our primary care physicians. There is little to no wait at Get Well Urgent Care, and the friendly staff recognizes us. (Meanwhile, my PCP office is always double booked and running behind.) If I have questions after a visit, the ladies at the front desk transfer me right to the doctors office to speak to him/her personally. Urgent cares often are busier than regular doctors, very impersonal and rushed environments. Not this one. I cant recommend it enough. Its my go-to.

Hi everyone.I went to the "get well" urgent Care to avoid the ER. I go in for bilateral hernias in my groin area that were in pain.after all that the female doctor wants to transfer me to the hospital that I was trying to avoid. I go in to get the something to help reduce pain but get sent to the ER. Very convenient for them. Thank you to the rest of the staff who was nice. I will never go back for any urgent matter to "get well" urgent.

I waited about 5 minutes to be seen, the staff was very friendly and understanding. I had slammed my finger in the car door and was in a lot of pain. The doctor was so pleasant and explained the entire procedure and risks to help relieve the pressure. There was minimal discomfort and instant relief. He sent my prescription right away. I would certainly go back to this Urgent Care should I need medical assistance in the future.

Period.

Started feeling under the weather and needed to be seen ASAP. Went to this urgent care and it was a great experience. Receptionist, nurse practitioner and medical assistant were diligent, friendly, and very professional. Establishment was very clean and organized. Will definitely make this a go-to place from here on out.

Went in a few months ago for bronchitis and ended up testing positive for strep throat. But the reason i will be going back this afternoon is there was no wait to be seen, i was in and out in 20 minutes, and after going to many different urgent cares that was a huge plus. They were friendly and the place is clean.

Doctors Gibrael and Delaurentiis were absolutely AMAZING with my 18 month old and I. I had an issue with my copay but the manager Ashley took good care of us. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely go back. Thank you Get Well Urgent Care for making a hectic and scary situation stress free.

Went here for a hand injury and had x-rays taken. Told no fractures, but the x-rays will be reviewed by a second person and if a fracture is found theyll call. No call, waited a week with no improvement so I went to an actual hand doctor, fracture found within 10 minutes.

The doctor was rude and rushed to get out. Seemed clueless to what they were doing and didnt get much help. Update; ended up going to my normal doctor. Was diagnosed with Afib something they didnt catch. Now going to the hospital. This placs was a joke.
