This is my first google review ever and it is kinda long but detailed. I do not like posting online but I felt I had to share the wonderful experience I had bringing my 4yr old daughter in for 4 teeth fillings on a Saturday. First impression stepping into the office is that it is wonderfully decorated, upscale and very elegant. The kids treatment room had wall decorations that made a kid feel just like at home with pictures of cute animals, trees, etc. Directly on the ceiling, there is a TV playing cartoons for the kids to watch while lying on the dental chair. The dental assistants were wonderful, cheerful, and helpful in talking to my daughter and keeping her relaxed. The dentist, Dr Doan, is young, cordial, and explained beforehand the procedures being performed. The assistants gave my daughter some relaxation juice and then let her breathe in the strawberry flavored nitrous oxide. During the procedure, the doctor explained that some of my daughters cavities were deep and required local anesthesia injections. He did a good job talking to help her relaxe. During the procedure, sometimes my daughter would move her tongue around and tried to remove the plastic block thing keeping her mouth open. The doctor said these are normal reactions because my daughter teeth and gums are numbed and she is not used to those sensations. Overall, the fillings were fast and probably took 10-15 minutes. The fillings were white and not the silvery type that I am used to. At the end, before leaving the office, there is a treasure chest where my daughter could open up and get some freebies like stickers, bubble blowers, etc.(things you see in those duspensers that you put in quarters at the front of stores). One thing that I would change would be to put her to sleep if possible instead of the anesthesia gas as it kind of made her emotional afterwards and she accidentally bit her tongue and bled when she got home due to the numbing and gas. Overall, it was an easy and wonderful experience. The entire staff and Dr Doan keep my daughter and even me from feeling stressed out since this is her second visit to the dentist ever and she was already doing teeth fillings. The first visit was where we discovered she had cavities. I highly recommend Dr Doan to anyone but especially any with young ones as the entire staff is wonderful and attentive to the kids and helpful to keep them relaxed and comfortable.

Visiting Trinity Dental was definitely a great decision. I recently switched insurance policies and was dreading having to find a new dentist. After researching nearby facilities, I decided to give Trinity a try. The first thing that stood out was how clean and neat the waiting room was. I was instantly impressed. The friendly assistant then called me up to the counter for what I thought would be a pile of paperwork, but instead had me sign just a few forms on the computer, AMAZING! It was fast and simple, and within minutes I was being called to the back for my checkup. I was then met by Dr. Burakowski. She was young, and had a warm and inviting way about her that instantly made me feel comfortable. As I sat down in the chair we started talking about all kinds of stuff. It seemed like she had been my dentist for years. Whats awesome about Dr. Burakowski is that shes someone you can relate to. She explains things in a simple way and doesnt try to talk over your head like some of the others. She has a great sense of humor, and doesnt mind conversing about topics other than teeth. Whether youre looking for a family dentist or someone to do some major work - Trinity Dental is the place to go.

I typically dont write reviews but I am doing it because I recently relocated and find review from individual with personal experience to be very helpful in selecting services, especially a dentist(They are not all the same quality). Dr., and the staff (front to assistants) at this office are phenomenal. First, they were patient with me and was able to work me into their schedule. Dr. took his time to explain my situation the good and the bad part about my teeth and asked I had any questions for him (This is a first for me). I felt like I was the only patient there even though I know there were more. The staff was also great. The assistant made sure I was comfortable and paused many times throughout to make it as easy as possible. And finally, the front desk staff explained all that was done and the next steps for me. Also, to my surprise, that evening, I received a call from the office to make sure I was doing okay and to check on my progress. I highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a quality dentist that cares about your well being.

I had originally gone to Royal dental off the I-10 east freeway, base on my insurance plan i dont have a copay for yearly cleaning. They made me pay $25 took xrays told me what i needed and then sent me off (to there Im guessing insurance rep for an estimate of what i need!) So i decided to find another dentist I had my appointment at Trinity Dental yesterday and I was blown away on how AMAZING this dentist is. They were very polite, quick and informative. They took my xrays, the dentist consulted me on what he suggest for treatment and THEY DID THE CLEANING THAT WAS NOT BEING DONE IN 4 YEARS!! Upon checking out the ladies gave me my referral and were SUPER sweet and were not pushi about when to go see the ortho. Needless to say I LOVE THIS DENTIST and will defiantly be passing this along and keep coming here.

First off, growning up i had fears about going to a a dentist.Until I met a dentist that treated me like his own kid and his staff were amazing and communicative. Also if you have an appointment at a certain time ur wait time is no longer than 15 minutes...Anyways my dentist is retired so I had to change dentist so I tried Trinity Dental in Channelview long story short, receptionist is not helpful or informative, the dentist assisant was GREAT tho wish i knew her name ,the main dentist he was great ,informative and also made sure u had no pain... My wait time was horrible about an hour, and i had to listen to the staff talk about their problems which was super annoying! Dentist-9 assistant-9 staff -4 receptionist -1 office -8

I had a big fear of dentists and have had some bad experiences in the past. I just moved to the area and found this place. My first impression is wow what a beautiful office. The front staff was extremely nice and helpful. Once I got to the chair I was afraid, but the doc was just amazing. They had TVs in the room so I wasnt bored. Dr.explained everything to me and the staff explained the fees to me before doing anything. I didnt have to wait very long and didnt feel rushed by the dentist. Highly recommend this place and enjoyed my visit for the first time at a dental office. Never write reviews but I had to for these guys. A++

Took my toddler to her first dental visit and Dr. Doan and his assistant answered all my first-time-mom-question. The office from when you walk in is very eligant the front staff are very friendly and professional. My daughter LOVED the kids room; the decor is very beautiful it truly made my daughter more welcome. When being explained about my daughters treatment plan the receptionist was very informative i truly left the dental office with alot of dental knowledge. I would recommended anyone i know to Trinity Dental Center they truly take care of you. I can testify that patient care is thier number one priority.
