I had a root canal done by Dr. Rahul Gandhi, who only works at this location on Fridays. The appointments are scheduled too far apart and on several occasions, they had me scheduled for the wrong procedure and had to reschedule my appointment to a later date. Very inconvenient. I should have found a different office then but decided that they should finish what they started. As you wait in the waiting area, you can here the staff complaining about personal issues and other inappropriate topics for work. Dr. Martinez put in my crown. The dental assistance work better when shes around. When its just the patient, Dr. Gandhi and the dental assistance left in the office, good luck on whatever quality of work you get done on your teeth as they seem to joke around way too much and made me feel uncomfortable. Here I am with a killer tooth ache, thousands spent and looking for a professional Endodontist office to redo my root canal completed by Dr. Gandhi.

Crosby family dental is absolutely horrible!!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Their customer service is terrible and they are very unprofessional. The Hispanic ladies at the front desk are very rude and talk and laugh about you in Spanish and give you dirty looks! Ive never had such terrible service in my life... and their dental work sucks. Not to mention they are a huge rip off! If you go here make sure youre paying attention on what youre paying and your insurance because this place will try and make you pay way more than you have to. I dont even know how these people are still in business. My overall experience here was absolutely horrible! Everyone stay far away from here.

Havent had a very good experience with them the dentist which my son was seeing did fillings on my son then a month later had to redo them and then he needed a root canal and the doctor waited then he got an infection and had to have the tooth pulled now there is a lady dentist which is very good , but there is a lady there that is very rude and talks about people. I do not go back with my son my wife does I have my reasons but she didnt know I was sitting there and she was mouthing I dont know whats up with the dad if hes scared or what she has no clue why I do not go back with him so she needs to keep her assumptions to her self .

The staff was awesome and very helpful! I hate going to the dentist and was very nervous but the staff here treat you like family! They make jokes and laugh with you and make sure you are comfortable the entire time. Their number one priority is you and your teeth! They have payment plans available so you dont have to stress about the money and you can focus on getting your teeth in the best shape they need to be in. Im so happy I found them instead of settling with another place. I highly recommend and cant wait to make them my primary dentist.

I hadnt been to a dentist in years and it took a wisdom tooth giving me the down right blues and keeping me from sleeping through the night to make me finally make an appointment...and I couldnt have been happier that I did here. The staff is wonderful, especially Jessie. Theyre friendly, caring and always aware of your pain and comfort level. I always walk out with a smile...even if my mouth is still a little numb. Dont hesitate to give them a call itll be the best decision you made for your smile.

I have used the same dentist since I was a kid but since he has retired we had to choose a new Dr. We chose to go to Crosby Family Dental on a whim and it was a great choice! The front office staff is always super welcoming and really nice as well as the hygienist and dentist that saw my daughter. She was really scared but they made her feel comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others and I appreciate the time and effort they put in to their patients.

They didnt do a good job and they wanted to do work that wasnt nessary I went there and my old dentist how to rework what they did I took my wife there and she has perfect teeth they said she had 6 cavities which we didnt believe so we went back to our previous dentist whos been in business over 50 years and she didnt have any.... Now there trying to send me a bill for something over 2 years ago apparently there going down hill and are looking for ways to scam people out of there money

I had all four wisdom teeth pulled with Dr. Gandhi. It was awesome! I had IV sedation so I went to sleep and woke up without feeling a thing! The recovery was quick and as long as you proactively take your meds its completely pain free. I had a little soreness afterwards but I am feeling great now. The dental assistants were so helpful in getting me ready for my procedure and calming my nerves. I love the staff and the doctors at Crosby Family Dental.

I love going to this dentist their so nice and very considerate they always answer the phone and they always call you and text you to let you know when your appointments are Ive never had to wait on anything there Im just in and out they dont talk to you like a patient I talk to you like your friends they always ask me how my little girl is cuz I was pregnant when I started going there you should definitely go to this dentist its awesome

Dr. Martinez is the best dentist Ive ever been to, with that being said its a shame she works for this establishment. The office staff at the front desk are rude as can be, the assistants were nice however. The fees are ridiculous, because I had a second opinion, all procedures were the same, just much much cheaper. If youre looking for a great dentist I recommend the doctor and shes the only reason I would ever consider returning.

The staff is wonderful and helps me feel at ease during dental work. I, highly, recommend them to anyone looking for a good dental office staff. They, just, started having a hygienist perform routine cleaning to allow the dentists more time for specialized work. Holly was very proficient & helped me feel at ease during the cleaning today. :) The "sunglasses" werent offered to me, this time, though. "I missed Dr. Martinez." :(

I absolutely love this place. I saw Dr. Rastogi, she is very nice & she is also very thorough which I appreciated. She pointed out what I was doing right, but then on the other hand she made suggestions on what I can do to make the health of my mouth better which also makes me smile. The office is very welcoming & the staff is awesome so in a few short words I highly recommend Friday Family Dental for all of my dental needs!!!!

Wz not satisfied!! They the left a cavity right on my front tooth..Added filling on a Tooth I didnt ask them to ..then changed me for it. Wound up having to get the cavity removed in Louisiana. The Dentists hold this old fake smiley conversation with you. An before u leave they want to make sure u get on THEIR COMPUTER an write a good review for them. Not a hood business.
