I would describe this place as assembly line dentistry. Theyre trying to get as many customers in and out of there as possible. The dentist worked on my teeth and in between would go and work on other patients. Thats not terribly unusual, but I was in the office for almost five hours and my procedure was not that lengthy. I just sat there waiting for the dentist to come and finish putting a crown on my tooth. They finally came into my room and said they wouldnt complete the procedure till I paid them. It wasnt my fault they didnt take payment before they started, but I sat there for hours because one of the staff failed to charge me before the procedure. I sat there with half my tooth drilled away and had no choice but to pay them before theyd finish. Wholly unprofessional and uncaring. I need more dental work, but it wont be at this place.

The staff is nice but the DDS, Dr. Rhodes straight up lied to me about the amount of work that needed to be done in my mouth. She obviously tried to run up the insurance bill. It didnt sit right with me the things she was calling out that I needed to be done. So I got a second opinion and I didnt have nor need half of the stuff she recommended. WHAT A RIP OFF! I do not like to be hustled out of money from a DOCTOR! She was so nice and convincing about it as well. Mad me extremely angry. NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR THEIR BUSINESS!

Great office , spent years trying to find a dentist that I actually like after my regular dentist didnt take my new insurance. I love the office , I love the atmosphere, and the staff are extremely down to earth and nice. Went in yo get my wisdom teeth removed after prolonging it for so long because of my fear, but the surgeon did a great job , he seemed so down to earth , I would recommend them to anyone.

Very unprofessional staff said the would call me back to schedule my appointment and never did. Then when I went into the office to tell them they looked dumb founded. They told me I had a confirmed appointment when I never talked to anyone. It turns out it was my wifes appointment. So obviously they cant tell the difference between a woman and a man

I have been coming to this location for over a year now.I have had cleanings (Dentist), wisdom teeth removed (Surgeon) , and my daughter is now seeing their Ortho. They have a wonderful staff, clean facility, and I never have to wait long to get in. Awesome customer service!

Dr. Rhodes is knowledgeable, caring, intelligent, thorough and extremely gentle. She takes the time to answer all questions, understand medical history and explain options. She makes crowns in house in one visit! She even shared her nachos on Cinco de Mayo! :)
