I been a patient for over 5 years. This last year Ive had the worst experience ever. My dentist has always been Dr. Lee. She cleans my teeth deeply, takes about an hour with me, brushes area of your mouth that you cant see or reach just makes sure you teeth are clean at 100%. I didnt mind trying a new dentist but the experience was terrible. I came in on a Saturday seems like everybody is in a hurry. Dentist took at the most 10 minutes with me staff wants to charge you for everything when I was told my mom with no insurance will always pay $60 for every visit since Im a member. Todays that flew out the window and charge me $120. I didnt say anything and paid it. At least thinking the cleaning was going to be deeply. I dont have bad teeth but I feel more confident when they take their time with my mom and I. The staff customer service had gotten worse and they dont really care if they lose a customer...well now 2. Since my mom and I are never coming back.

Hoy fue mi primer visita a Leo dentistry y me encanto todo el servicio! Las muchachas de enfrente fueron mucha Ayuda al contestarme todas mis preguntas. El doctor y los assistentes fueron muy amables! Me encanto que todos hablan español ! Fue muy facil entender el tratamiento que necesito con la ayude de los assistentes. Voy a seguir viniendo a esta oficina !

I had an appointment this past Friday and was not pleased at all. The staff- front office and dental assistant all very nice and pleasant. We started off on the wrong foot, I had booked an 11 am appointment only to be told my appointment was for 9 am. However, they were able to see me right away. The only reason I booked this appointment was for a 6 month check-up / cleaning - nothing major. The dentist (male) did not catch his name, sighed when he walked in, didnt shake my hand, didnt make eye contact until he lowered the chair and only made one comment when he left. He did not bother to even lift the chair, complete a-hole demeanor. I will not return here again. Great Staff though- front office and dental assistant.

By far the best experience I have had at a dental office with my children! My kiddos have always been scared to go to the dentist but the staff & doctors at this office have really helped a lot to make them feel better about coming to there check ups! Definitely recommend this office to any parents looking for a family friendly dental office!

Nice staff , very thorough & fast paced. Front desk girls did great in explaining my dental insurance coverage & answered all questions I had. I Filled out my paper work & was called back within the next 5-10 minutes. The doctor did a great job on my cleaning & explained all treatment very well ! Definitely recommend!
