Both my 5 year old special needs child & 18 month old where treated and am satisfied with the service. I meant to write this review about 4 months ago but life happened! Anyway, wanted to review because I saw the comment saying they push unnecessary procedures and that just has not been my experience, its been the opposite. For my older child we needed to do IV treatment (I interviewed several dentists before this one specifically for IV dental work) & it went perfectly. Both the doctor and anesthesiologist called to check on her at home & asked me to call them back for anything. It was clear they saw her as a patient even after money exchanged hands and the deed was done :) We where given perfect after-care instructions and they covered everything but the Dr was awesome when I also called with more questions. Baby was treated (cleaning) while his feet where on my lap and his head on the dentists. Everyone where so sweet to him and patient when he lost it (who likes people messing with their mouth?). Once he was all done they offered a toy and one of the girls even kept him entertained while I spoke to the dentist. This place has become our primary dentist for the kids. My original plan was to go here for my oldest s special IV treatment and then to keep taking them to our family dentist, but I dont see the value in it, after our 3 wonderful experiences (1st checkup & cleaning consultation/2nd treatment/ 3rd 4 month checkup; They really work hard to consistently provide a great experience! Ill just keep bringing them here. *** about too young children and dental procedures*** Also special note that small cavities where found in my youngsters front teeth on our first consultation. IV sedation would be needed to work on them at his age. I am SO THANKFUL that Dr. Reddy is not quick to do invasive procedures on very young kids. Instead we are seeing her more often to keep a watch on the problem areas and delay IV until my kiddo is a little older ( and its safer) as long as his dental needs allow. So far so good and they have not gotten worse. After all the recent news stories of babies dying at the dentist while under IV, I am one thankful mama!

Wow! Excellent Dentist and staff! My daughter has Autism, so finding a Dentist is extremely difficult. Everyone at Lake Houston Pediatric Dentistry has been amazing and has always gone out of their way to help comfort my daughter! She fell off her scooter late on a Friday night, and, after a trip to the ER, we called the office hoping that we could get an appointment first thing Tuesday morning. To our surprise, Dr. Reddy met us up at the office that night to splint my daughters teeth. Dr. Reddy was nothing short of Amazing. She had a knack for calming my daughter, and walked her through every single step. What could have been, at the very least, an extremely scary event for my daughter and myself, turned out to be a wonderful experience. Lake Houston Pediatric Dentistry is a wonderful Dental office where every single staff member truly cares about each and every child and family that comes in! Thank you for being so wonderful!

My son had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a dentist. The only down fall I would say is check with your insurance provider on what they cover so you are not shocked when you receive a large bill. I received a large bill after a routine 6 month cleaning for my son, come to find out the Dentist charges the patient based on what is recommended by the board and not what is covered by insurance. So most of the visit was covered, but other services provided are not covered and were done out of recommendation. unfortunately I was unaware that they were not covered by insurance, and having trusted the Dentist I thought everything was routine and would be covered I was wrong and was sent a bill. To me it is very unfortunate to have to now find a new dentist who will not do things so I will be charged directly instead of having it covered by insurance.

The entire staff at West Lake Pediatric are fantastic! My son who is ADHD and High sensory usually dreads even brushing his teeth! When he came in Liz was amazing she was so patient and encouraging to him that everything would be fine, she took her time showing him all of the tools and even let him touch them so he would feel comfortable with what was going every step of the way! Rikki at the front desk was also amazing, she was even in the back helping out with cleaning up and the X-ray machine, she had a huge smile and congratulated my son after every snap shot at how great he was doing. I was so impressed with all of the ladies here! Beatriz at the front was also very sweet and made sure everything with my insurance was in order before my appointment which helps with no last minute surprises! Seems like they actually love what they do which made a huge difference for us. Thanks ladies!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I left out of this place in tears. My daughter was to have a filling done, only to get turned down because I had my other two kids with me. I was told they felt my daughter would not get proper care at home after sedation because I had "two other distractions." I am a stay at home mom and care for my 3 kids daily. Who are they do say that?! I had paid for the services in advance only to be told I would not get a full refund. I was never told anything about having additional caregivers, not even the day before when the nurse called to go over details. Never again will we step foot in this office after they felt it necessary to completely insult me and my children.

The office space is inviting and welcoming to pediatric patients my children LOVE visiting the this office. Dr Reddys staff is professional, knowlegeable and skilled at working with pediatric patients. Dr Reddy herself is patient and willing to answer any question the parent or child may have. My children are very comfortable here and have never had an issue visiting the dentist-in fact they remind ME that their dental appointments are coming up! Imagine your child LOVES visiting the dentist! A dream come true!! As a busy working Mom I especially like the text message reminder the morning of the actual appointment! Great Service. I highly reccommend Dr Reddy and her team.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Reddy and her amazing team for five years. As a parent in the HKA area, I wouldnt go anywhere else for pediatric dentistry. Lake Houston Pediatric Dentistry offers state of the art technology, a playroom to keep kids entertained, movies, and a cute family-friendly atmosphere. But more important, the staff calls your children by name, makes every attempt to put your kids at ease, and practices top-notch dentistry! My teens were there today for fillings, and were reassured and treated gently. They take their time and happily walk you through your procedures. Thank you ladies. I will say it again: you are the best.

This office is all about kids! When you walk in its like a safari with lots of toys for the kids to enjoy. The staff is warm, friendly, inviting, and professional. My kids love going to the dentist bc this office provides an amazing experience for them. When they get their teeth cleaned there are more toys in the back so the other child stays occupied, which is a huge plus. Dr. Reddy is very knowledgeable, caring, and great with kids. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! My kids also enjoy picking out their toothbrush and receiving the tokens at the end for a prize. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and this office!!!
