I had a consultation appointment in late December 2016 to get an estimate for an implant. Over the course of about 6 months I often checked in with them to see if the staff had gotten an estimate from my insurance. I had gotten impatient after this waiting period of about 6 months and expressed my dissatisfaction with the staff. After hearing my complaint, the staff quickly resolved the issue and pressured my insurance to process the estimate. They were able to get the cost of the complete implant procedure covered. Besides this issue, the staff was friendly and attentive during my check-ups and cleanings during this period. Doctor Miller and the dental assistants are always very friendly, considerate, and good with dental procedures.

Excellent service from Dr Miller and his whole team. I had an eye tooth crack unexpectedly and they were able to get me in quickly and complete the procedure for a crown in impressive time. Everyone at the office was very friendly, the employees at the front desk remembered my name (maybe they cheated from their computers, but I at least *felt* like they remembered me), and they checked with my insurance before any procedures so there were no billing surprises. Most importantly, I no longer have hole in my smile and the crown work is impeccable.

My 4 kids had a cleaning and x-rays. 3 of the 4 had cavities. I appreciate how Dr Miller chose to hold off on filling the cavities in two of my kids because they are on baby teeth and arent big enough to cause problems. Any time a dentist chooses NOT to do work (saving me money but costing her/him), I feel they are more trustworthy. He did a sealant on one cavity and didnt charge above what we already agreed to pay for the cleaning. The poor kid who needs fillings- even I could see the cavity! Very thorough, great with kids, and honest.

The entire staff at Miller Family Dental wants to be sure the patient is comfortable. Even the not fun parts of dental procedures, ie: getting impressions, they understand what your experiencing, asking many times if your alright. The hygenist top priority is that you feel no pain. The chair massages you (what?). The office managers are so polite and on top of the game when taking care of scheduling, insurance, follow up. Dont forget Dr. Miller ..bottom line, he wants to take care of your teeth the right way! Great office!

Very disappointing! My experience started out very pleasant with a cleaning that was performed very satisfactorily. However, I went in a second time for a filling to be fixed and it all went down hill from there. Long story short I went in four times for problems with the work the dentist did and she kept implying that I was doing something wrong on my last visit. After 4 visits and a bad attitude I had enough and went for a second opinion that revealed the filling that had not been done correctly.

I was a new patient and Dr. Millers team made everything easy. Front office is very organized and set up my appointment for a cleaning and exam quickly. Filling out paperwork is available online if you find it more convenient. The office is equipped with state of the art dental technology. My hygienist did a fantastic job! She was gentle and thorough. Dr. Miller took care with my exam, answered all of my questions and is very personable and knowledgeable. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

His staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. I didnt wait very long to start my appointment and was impressed with the care taken by the hygienist and the dentist while I was in the chair receiving treatment. Dr Miller is a very good dentist. He was great with my teenager and was very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. I had a few issues with billing and insurance but those were dealt with quickly by the office manager who was more than happy to help. She really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I feel like they really try and treat you like family here.
