Im disappointed in this doctors office. Tried to make an appt with Dr. Lykin on 3 occasions 8/22/2017. I was promptly put on hold all 3x for more than 10 minutes each time. During the second and third call, I tried to ask the lady (no name given) if she could call me back to schedule rather than put me on hold again. She hit the hold button so fast that I couldnt get that out. No music, just silence. And, I never spoke with anyone. I simply hung up after over 10 minutes on each try. Im sorry to post this. Ive heard google ratings have a big effect on whether patients choose your office or not. However, I feel it should be known that this is happening at his office. Dr. Lykin may have no clue how potential patients are being treated. Ultimately, I chose to go with another office even though this dr was recommended by a friend. Drs are not only rated by their skill but also by their entire office staff.

This man is my saviour regarding my medical treatment. He is knowledgeable, compassionate about his work, straight forward, and has a great bed side manner. He has always gotten right to the root of my medical problems, and addresses the issue right then and there. I trust him so much that I allow him to dictate my medical treatment, with my consent of course (I have a habit of dictating my own treatment). Indeed I would highly recommend Dr. Lykins.

Dr. Lykins is the most friendly and kind doctor ive seen in Arizona. He takes concerns seriously, while keeping you at ease. He is very knowledgeable and sweet. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Im glad im in good hands :)

Dr. Lykins performed both a sinus surgery and rhinoplasty. He is immensely skilled. I had minimal pain for what is normally a fairly painful surgery. He holds very high ethical standards and practices with integrity and respect.
