If you like bad attitudes, having to micromanage your doctor and have a desire to be herded like cattle then Page Family Practice is for you. Ellana is a fantastic provider but appointments are generally not available until the evening. Previously, I visited Rhianna but was never notified that she left the practice. Saw Dr. Page and then when I finally was told over the phone that Rhianna was no longer there, eventually transferred to Ellana. I tried to call the office multiple times and no one answered the phone. I finally got through and left a message that was never answered. This happened multiple times. Today, I visited and accepted an appointment with Les. Even though I was told over the phone that he was the one that intercepted my previous phone message, he said he had no idea what I was speaking of. During this visit, I received attitude and was told one thing only to be given a prescription for something else. It was my last straw and I will begin the adventure of finding a new doctor who cares. I declined all care and left the office. Previous occurrences that have lead me to this decision: - asking for help only to be told try "here" and not giving any guidance. - 2 CT scans for the same thing one because they did the first one wrong. - 1 of those CT scans lead to a panic after receiving a message that lymph nodes in my ovaries. - Waiting in the lobby for an hour for an appointment that was oh... An hour ago. Gave plenty of chances to be let down...

The concern for patient care is no longer here. I have been going to Page Family Practice for 10 years! I was so unhappy with the bed side manner of my last visit, that I will not be returning again. Julie Rake and Dr Meadows are gone, I wish I knew where they went because they really made their patients feel valued and cared for. Les was the PA I had during my appointment because the person I was supposed to see had called in sick. Les spent 5 minutes in the room, and agreed to refill 2 out of 5 prescription refills I asked for. A third he would not refill, but gave me something else to try. He said to come back when I am really sick for the other 2. What a hassle. You pay for a service when you go to a Dr, and I dont feel like I am receiving that service any more from Page Family Practice. It is a real bummer. Additionally, they request that you book your appointments on ZocDoc now. I did book my appointment on ZocDoc, but then called to confirm (this was after I got a confirmation email from ZocDoc). The office did not see my appointment, and book it on their end. So what is the point of ZocDoc?

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! If youre looking for a Dr., look elsewhere. If Curtis Page is your Dr., runaway now! For Gods sake, why cant you get a 96 yr old woman with a DNR some oxygen? After multiple calls from the nursing home, my Mother and myself you and your staff have still not gotten my grandmother any oxygen. Her o2 saturation was in the 70s and you knew it. 24 hrs later and nothing after you and your staff confirmed she would have it. How about a phone call to see how shes doing? Nope, but you can send your office manager and your hospice provider to the nursing home to drum up business, seriously? Unconcsionable! Why dont you actually try treating your patients. At least the ones you have left. I wouldnt let you treat a stray dog!

I would not recommend this doctors office unless you just have a runny nose and can be treated in the office. Dont count on getting anywhere if you need a referral. They could not get my referral over to my insurance company. They kept telling me they sent it but yet my insurance company kept telling me they havent received it. I would think the doctors office should find out why they cant get the referral over. They were of no help even after several phone calls.

ive been here numerous times, and i have yet to see an actual doctor. now suddenly they no longer accept patients on a sliding scale as they once did, and the women who make appointments over the phone are obtuse. it seems both Page doctors (father and son) are always at the mesa hospital or chandler regional. if youre going to have a family practice one would think an actual dr would be in the building. stay away.

For family practice clinic I believe its a good clinic for general check up and consultations. The staff are friendly I was late twice and wasnt charged a fee or got rescheduled. I was seen by twice Ellana and shes friendly and easy to talk to, she listened to my concerns and was empathetic and offered a good consultation. My experience was limted but I dont think theyre bad at all.

My personal experience here, every visit has been awesome. It seems Dr. Page and his staff focus on great energy and not only physical health. Even after some discouraging news, the Page Family helped place the issue to rest with correct health advice with a nurturing smile and attitude. We recommend you call this office for any Family health concerns.

I have only seen the doctor once in my 5 appointments. They sent me to 2 wrong specialists which i desperately needed to see, since I am a type 1 Diabetic with nerve damage. I have yet to get them to send a correct referall and am still waiting to make an appointment with an Endo doc. Terrible and unprofesional office staff, including their head MA.

Dr Page has been my family physician for many years. His expertise and background allow him to quickly diagnose whatever is going on. Whether it is a simple checkup or some serious medical problems that I was experiencing, Dr Page was always there with the right information and help. Plus, hes just an all around great guy!

Dr. tried to prescribe a "medical food" to treat anxiety rather than issue a normal prescription refill. Turns out I didnt even have the nutrient deficiency he thought I had that caused the anxiety, but he definitely wanted me to spend $80 a month on untested protocols. Absolute garbage.

The medical staff is fantastic. The office staff is ok. But the billing side of things really need some work. Even though the docks and nurse practitioners are amazing, the billing is so atrocious that I had to knock off one star for that.
