Ive been plagued with headaches almost my entire life. I developed migraines around 12 years ago. I have gone to two neurologists prior to the Brain and Spine Center. This year I have been getting 5-6 migraines a week. My migraines have been out of control! The meds I have been taking werent shutting the migraines down. I was seriously getting worried I would have an aneurysm or something this year! Out of sheer desperation I googled a pain center for migraines. My first appointment at the Brain and Spine Center was in April. Ive gotten a few Occipital nerve blocks in the back of my head, one on each side from them. What a difference these have made in my life! I would love to shout it to the world how pleased I am.! My migraines are finally under control! Its just so sad how much I have had to go through and how many years Ive wasted to finally get real help! I really feel its almost a miracle for me! Im going to tell as many migraine suffers that I can tell......give them a try! Im so grateful!

I give 4 stars because of dr pandey is amazing doctor. He goes above and beyond to help you. I loved seeing him but I decided to go to natural route and have never been better. Its combination of Accutpure and other things. You can read about it yourself. yangtze medical center. Meds werent working so I felt Botox and onb would be too much chemicals for my body. Front office and doctor assistant is totally opposite. I could not get anyone to answer the phone and when they did they would tell me to go to hospital of psychiatric. I call because Im in pain and want to know updates on Botox. I just got so sick of it that I only call speciality Pham and they call the doctor office. They arent kind or have any sense to customer service. I worked in cutsromer service and yeah they are far from good customer service they hung up on me most of the time. Dont expect too much from front office will be very disappointed.

While Dr. Pandy is an excellent Dr. I have had terrible experiences with the office staff and his PA.s. I have been calling his office since Friday last week to set an appointment and as of today have not received a return phone call. If you cant get anyone on the phone it doesnt matter how good the Dr. is. Also, about 1 1/2 years ago, I had to meet with one of his PAs. Dr. Pandy was out sick and nobody bothered to ask me if I wanted to cancel, so when I went in to see him, to my surprise there was a PA there instead. The PA told me I had ALS. It was a devastating diagnosis that caused me to spend over a thousand dollars on medications and tests. It turned out that when I saw Dr.Pandy the next time I was in the office he said that I didnt have ALS and that his PA should have never said that in the first place. To my knowledge the person who did that was never fired.

I find that Dr. Pandy is extremely professional and I like his attitude. He has the correct attitude for "busy" people... Hes quick Hes confident Hes always interested in what could be causing the root issue and trying different things. The ONLY reason that I am giving this 4 stars, is that I am not stable yet. We have tried many things but this is BY FAR the only neurologist (out of 6) that hasnt been a complete dick when treating me. I highly recommend this place.

Dreadful customer service. Office staff untrained and often do not answer the phone. When they do, they refer you to another person who does not answer the phone and does not return your call. On one occasion, we reported an adverse reaction to prescribed medication to the physicians assistant and asked what to do. They never returned our call. It does not matter how good the doctor is when the staff is so unresponsive.

Had written an earlier, highly critical review not of the doctor (who is caring and trying his best), but of office procedures. Now with new and more staff on board, things are definitely improving. I dont know how many more stars to award, but most of my concerns about the office personnel, the telephone equipment and most importantly, response times, have been allayed.

Dr. Pawar is great, I met him while in hospital & followed up after. He has review all my meds & suggested changes. The assistance calls back, usually about meds & refills. Dr Pawar is monitoring me & explains what I need to do to feel better. Thanx Dr.

I always feel cared for, my opinion of what I want to do for my care matters, and I feel confident that the doctors and staff have my best interest at heart. I wish I had known this office the first time I saw a neurologist!!!

Wow, well worth the wait. Dr. Pandey and his staff are excellent, they truly care about you as an individual, I am so happy to have found this place for my dad.
