It is a quite lovely atmosphere and you are always seen at a timely matter sometimes earlier then the designated appointment. The staff is forever Vigilant in trying to help you in any need necessary no matter if it is not life-threatening or medically related they are always willing to help and point you in the right direction. I cannot stress enough on how lovely and hospitable the staff is. Denise Looney Bobby as well as Destiny. The place is very clean and professional and the lovely Dr. Coole is highly literate on her profession. She is knowledgeable in many areas and help me figure out the best way to fix my ailments. They are down-to-earth people and the Kentucky Southern Hospitality lives up to its name. If I look sluggish tour famous they would offer water or snacks if they had it readily available. The waiting room had plenty of books to read. And someone was always up front waiting for the next patient. And thank you again for the other male nurse being super fast and accurate on the medical equipment as well as the computer. It is the best experience I have had in a doctors office since the early nineties. I have to say once again that the doctor put together and lovely staff of caring trustworthy people that are highly alert and willing to help the entire community and Elsewhere for that matter. Not to mention even if you are a new patient they will sit by you and make sure all the paperwork is filled out correctly no one has ever lost their patience or ignored someone in need. I have been to many hotels in my life and no one has Exquisite quality in a health-care place like the one in Fairdale. They treat you better than the normal common Folk. I feel Majestic like I am royalty you when I walk through the building because I know I will be taken care of and pampered like a King. Thank you all once again Dr. Coole & Staff. It was a great honor & pleasure to be treated by you all.

I would not even give this place 1 star. Two of their best doctors are gone, every time I call my sons pediatrician is booked and they refer me to see Iesha Blakley who IS TERRIBLE ... worst doctor Iv ever met. My very first experience with her we came in an I was waiting in waiting room for over 45 mins with a 1 year old... I asked why and they said "oh the dr is running late" nobody told me until I asked. We got back there waited another 45 mins while my son had no clothes for his check up. I had to walk out into the hall to get her to come in. They are always busy and will put you on hold for a while. Dr Cool is nice but never available.
