Once they bill the insurance company incorrectly, they choose not to fix the problem with the insurance componay. Instead they turn the account over to a collection agency. I have called them several times about the incorrect billing and they say they will check into it and get back with me. They have not even called back about the problem. They just turn it over to a collection agency. The insurance company said they would not pay the bill until Gallahue sends it in correct. Anyone else having problems with their billing. Maybe an attorney could help all of us with Gallahue.

My step daughter has been going there for 3 years. Her mother and i are very displeased with the care she is receiving. The counselor wont listen to what her and her mother have to say just blow them off. This place is a pitiful example of mental care and needs to be closed. If your going there or are considering going there find some place else they are a complete joke.

Feels like court ordered mental health care. Been going almost a year and dont feel as if Ive gotten anywhere. The majority of my issues have yet to be addressed.
