The women at the front desk and the nurses are the nicest people u will ever meet and very helpful. The problem is that is where it stops. The doctor I had was terrible. He was more interested in talking to a medical student following him around than the patients. He spent about a minute examining me and requested flu test in which I tested negative. After that he just simply said "must be some kind of virus, use nasal spray and take some motrin". I was not at all pleased with that because I felt very sick. Well a week goes by and Im still very sick so I go to another doctor where I test positive for strep and am prescribed a needed antibiotic. The reason for going to a doctor is to receive care and I did not so I would recommend to any other U of L student to avoid at all costs as Im unsure if the doctor had a clue of what he was doing.

I had one of the best experiences here! I had a pretty painful toe infection and had called multiple places about treatement and most places couldnt get me in for 2-3 weeks, when I called campus health they got me an appointment that following Monday and performed the procedure that day! They were so helpful and caring and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

This place is ALWAYS hit or miss. The front desk ladies are either somewhat nice or completely rude and interrupting. I can never get an appointment that fits my schedule and have often been left sitting in the lobby for several minutes past my scheduled appointment time. UofL really needs to step up their game...starting with this place.

Ive always had a very pleasant experience in campus health. The doctors, nurses, and staff always seem happy to help and like they genuinely want you go get the service you need. Whats especially nice is that services are covered by your student health fee.

They never get back with me when I need a follow-up. I had a nerve conduction study two months ago and havent heard from them since. Also, I just learned that every second Thursday of the month they are closed all day.

It would be nice if they answered the phone every now and then.
