I was referred to Dr. Kapust by our family dentist because our 7 year olds teeth are already an orthodontic cry for help. I am beyond impressed by the whole office. The staff across the board (front desk, hygienists, billing ladies) are very friendly and informative. The set up is open concept so you can see all the kids and hygienists doing their thing. It is very calming and normalizes the whole experience for a nervous child. Plus they have a points and prizes system that my kids are super in to. Dr. Kapust is terrific, he really took his time to explain exactly what was going on in that tiny jacked up mouth, and patiently answered all my questions. He laid out a few different treatment options, and advised a very conservative approach that involves minimal interventions and (free!) monitoring until all the teeth are ready for the full ortho onslaught. When I took my older son (with slightly crooked teeth) for a consult he told us that everything actually looks pretty good and that depending on how his jaw grows we may escape braces altogether! I never felt that I was being pressured or "up sold" into unnecessary services. I absolutely recommend Dr. Kapust.

We love Dr Andy and his staff! Weve been going here for both of our children for 8 years now. My kids have had ALL of our dental needs met here from cleanings to extractions and soon to be braces. We switched to Dr Andy because the practice we were at made my oldest uncomfortable with their short tempers and abrasive manner. Dr kapust office really changed how my kids view the dentist now! The office is warm and friendly and so much fun for kids. They really go out of their way to make sure the kids feel like seeing the dentist is the best day ever. They are very conscientious about not frightening the kids and patient and understanding with those little ones that are initially scared. Which mine are no longer scared thanks to the staff here :) Aside from how much my kids approve, I approve 100%. They are highly competent and I rest easy knowing my little ones are in good hands always. I send everyone I know to doctor Andy for their littles!!

Over the past 30 years my family has gone to both Dr. Kapusts (Father and Son), our expectations of quality care have been far exceeded. Dr. Kapust is efficient and cerebral in his quality of service; thoughtful in all care plans, as well as gentle and kind to all around him. The staff at Dr. Kapust are warm, welcoming, and service is consistently top notch. After many years of dental and orthodontia visits, I have complete trust and comfort in the level of care provided from Dr. Kapust and his staff. They believe their patients are not just a file, they treat them like family. I am very thankful for Dr. Kapust and his wonderful Office/Hygienist staff.

Weve been bringing our kids to see Dr Andy for 7 years. The whole office experience is great, staff is wonderful. Theyre always smiling! The tender care they give to my kids is really appreciated. The whole operation of the staff working together to really treat patients with care and honesty is so wonderful. There have been visits that made my kids nervous but with Dr.Andys patience, hesbuilt a really awesome relationship with my kids (and us parents!). My kids trust coming to him and they trust his advice. We trust his knowledge and discernment as how to be proactive with our dental care. Were so thankful to have him and his team on our side.

Dr. Kapust and his team are phenomenal! My son had much anxiety about dentists and having people messing around in his mouth. We were very fortunate to find Dr. Kapust and his incredible team. They make going to the dentist a fun and enjoyable experience. Even the “scary” stuff is approached in a way that makes my son comfortable. I really appreciate that Dr. Kapust is proactive and catches problems early so the treatment is much less invasive and easier on the child. Everyone in the office is wonderful; everything from checking in to checking out is smooth and pleasant making the whole experience great for child and parent.

Dr, Kapust has been the best Dentist/Orthodontist ive ever had for my children. I have an autistic Son and the staff was amazing. I also have a daughter who love to go to the Dentist now, She loves to pick a prize when done. They make my kids feel important. There is not a turnover, so they all know your children. All the staff have a smile on their faces. I am greeted when I first get in the door, Its been the best 5yrs out of 24yrs of having my children have been going to the Dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Andrew Kapust. P.S. He is a perfectionist!! :)

I was so fortunate to have found Dr. Kapusts office for my son 9 years ago. Dr. Kapust and his staff are beyond amazing. I started taking my son there when he was 2 and it was a great experience for him; now he is 11 and he loves going to the dentist. He requested to go to the dentist on his birthday 2 years ago and has gone on his birthday ever since. They go out of their way to make him feel special on his birthday and every other time he goes. Thank you Dr. Kapust and all the staff for taking pride in my sons teeth and making his experience so enjoyable.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Andys for five years. He and his staff make you feel welcome from the minute you walk through the door. They do a great job of explaining every step to both the patient and the parent. As my daughter becomes older and the possibility of orthodontics comes in to play, I am very pleased that we are already connected with a knowledgeable and familiar team. My 3 year old needed some serious dental work and I searched and searched for a dentist and just wasnt feeling comfortable with them. I went to Dr Andy and we will never see another dentist! Were out of network with him bit its worth every penny. I usually have to drag my little guy out of there because he loves it so much. Dr Andy and his staff are so understanding and there to do whats best for you and your little!!! We highly recommend them!

We love this dental office for our son. The staff are all extremely friendly and go out of their way to make our child feel comfortable. From the very first visit to now, my son has absolutely no fear when it comes to a dentist visit. He actually gets excited because he gets to pick a small prize when he is done. We are so glad we heard about this office. Thank you for making a trip to the dentist a great one every time!

I have a 3 year old and have to fight him to brush his teeth every night; however, with Dr. Andy, he never fusses. His hygienists not only love working with kids, they are really great at it!!! Finally, he is so great at educating parents without making feel like they are being judged or doing something wrong. He focuses on education and prevention, which, as an RN, is so vital for my sons long term overall health!!!
