We just received a bill from a collection agency saying my wife owes them. She has ALWAYS had to pay more than what the estimates were and has paid with credit card before she leaves the office. She has always gone in there with insurance but they dont give her credit for all the works costs so she has to make up for it at the desk. She liked the dentists but the paperwork is a real nightmare. Weve always been shocked by the costs but paid that very day. Now they are charging for a phony bill with interest!!!!!!!! I want everyone to know they may be good dentists but their paper work will hurt more than your teeth did when you go in there. Weve just asked them for full paper work and are prepared to go to court with this bogus action. Be careful. There are a lot of dentists in Sherwood. Surely some of them must be not only good at their profession but also good with their paperwork.

I called Gentle Dental in Sherwood due to an infection that began in my tooth on a Friday afternoon. I was in excruciating pain and the Gentle Dental team got me in first thing the next morning. Dr. Nedelcu was genuine in being empathetic and was gentle with his techniques. I found out I was in need of a root canal (Ive never had anything major happen with my teeth) and was very nervous. Dr. Reese (Endodontist) was the specialist that took care of that and made the procedure seamless. Being in both of these physicians hands I found no need to be nervous. They made my experience pleasant considering the circumstances. I never thought I would say, "I look forward to going to the dentist".

If you have to go to the Dentist (not my favorite pastime ever) this is the place to go. I had to have a tooth pulled today. I was taken right in, my situation assessed immediately, and great care was taken for my comfort and anxiety issues with a dental visit. The experience was pain free - PAIN FREE. I saw Dr. Megan Coker who was, bar none, the best dentist I have ever seen in my humble 53 years of life. Dr. Cokers assistant was confidant, businesslike, yet friendly and made me feel quite as if I were in capable hands. Many kudos for the this truly Gentle Dental experience. Go see them.

Our family went here when times were tough and we didnt have much money. We ended up having to spend twice what we should have when all of our fillings fell out several times. After switching dentists, the dentist I currently go to was appalled at the poor quality that we recieved - they made my teeth worse! Its not worth the money you save.

Dr Robertson and the staff did a great job for me. I didnt have any need for dental work so I cant review that process but the cleaning was done very well and within a reasonable time frame. The wait wasnt long at all and the staff was very friendly and made me comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
