WOW WOW WOW. Rarely do you associate customer service with a dental office. Well heres a first. Dr Valerie Foster and her staff are not only experts in the field of dentistry they epitomize customer service. I contacted Dr. Fosters office needing to have a front tooth tooth chip fixed. The office contacted me and scheduled an appointment in a very timely manner. I received a (personal) text with the address. When I showed up for my appointment I was greeted as though I had been a patient for years. Not being a big fan of dental office visit this visit was very comfortable. After a complete exam including x-rays and pictures of my teeth it was determined that my chipped tooth was caused by issues I was unaware of. The chipped tooth was repaired beautifully. I wish I could post pictures, the repaired tooth/teeth were a work of art. I have smiled for years now I cant stop smiling. To make a good visit great there was a cancellation after my appointment and Dr Faster invited to fill the time. I did and got some needed work completed. I have a long way to go until my teeth are the way I want them. But no matter how long it takes I an sticking with Dr Foster and her world class staff.

I had a horrible financial experience with this Dentist. They printed me off a balance due plan of approximately $169.00 and when I got the bill it was over $700. HUGE difference. When I tried to talk to them about it, they were very snotty. They would not honor or lower the bill. Instead, they wrote me a letter saying that if we gave you a discount, then all the other patients would expect a discount. Then my mother went in for a cleaning. The DOUBLED her fee within a 6 month span. She is retired and has no insurance. She told them that she could not afford x rays again. They were snotty...and told her next time she HAS to have them. x rays should be the patients choice. Especially when you are on a limited income. A patient should not feel strong armed into something they can not afford. And honesty is vital when making out payment plans for patients. I will never go back.

I am so happy I found Dr. Foster. She isnt like any of the Beaverton Dentists Ive used in the past. Shes caring, gentle and listens to you. I love that I can bring my own Video with me to watch while getting dental work, as it puts me at ease and makes the time pass quickly. Dr. Foster has turned all my black fillings to white and Im having a tooth implant done at the first of the year. Ive always hated to go to any Beaverton dentist because I previously had several horrible dental experiences at Kaiser and Gentle Dental, but Dr. Foster has changed my attitude of dentists to a positive one. Ive had more dental work in the last 2 years than many people ever have. I can finally eat and chew whatever I want and weve started a cosmetic dental plan to give me a beautiful smile. Thank you Dr. Foster for your understanding and care of me and my family.

Dr. Foster was wonderful. I had the worst tooth ache on the top right molar in which my face swelled up as well as the worse pain in my life. Honestly, it felt like somebody punched me in the face. I called Dr. Foster on late Tuesday afternoon with concerns and met her on Thursday morning at 10:00. She performed evaluation and immediately performed a root canal as soon as she looked at my tooth. Once I had the root canal she prescribed antibiotics and pain medicine and my tooth was a 1000 times better in a couple of days. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Foster and her staff for her their concern, kindness, through this painful experience, she was great! I highly recommend, she and her staff have been great to me for the last 10 years.

Our family have been patients of Dr. Valerie Foster for the past almost 3 decades, since our four daughters were quite young. The care, consideration, and friendliness (loving atmosphere) we have been provided with has made for pleaseing situation for all of us over these past many years. Dr Foster and her staffs knowledge, skills, and kindness have made for a comfortable situation for all of us and beautiful smiles as well. You can count on educated, understandable explanations of services and thorough work on your dental needs. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I left the office feeling very comfortable and actually looking forward to my next appointment because all of the ladies were so sweet! Dr. Foster and her staff are wonderful! Ive been going to them for 3 years now and I can honestly say most of my dental anxiety is gone. They have been so patient and gentle with me and because of that, Ive slowly but surely have gotten through my dental anxiety. I highly recommend them and plan to stay with them for a very long time! :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Fosters for over 20 years now and I would never go anywhere else! The staff is wonderful, they are very down to earth and make me feel very comfortable, Dr. Foster is caring and does marvelous work on my teeth! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

If you want a dental mechanic, there are many. Dr Foster is an artist and her work shows it. I first came in looking like a hillbilly who had never had dental work done and because of her artistry, I can smile without clenching my lips closed. Thanks!

Loved her assistant and hygienist but was made to feel awful by Dr. Foster when were unable to afford certain treatments. Felt pressured to have procedures that were out of our budget and honestly I did not feel were necessary.
